The staff is very friendly and helpful,Mr Loc very patient to help answer all my question and call taxi for us and Mr Tuong also is very nice young guy ,take care of our luggage, The room is clean and big, need walk around 10 mins to Halong Park, if you are lazy to walk,just take local taxi cost VND40k to 50k. Will recommend this hotel to ky friends

Phòng tắm rộng nhưng ko hiểu sao thiết kế rất lạ. Tắm đứng trong bồn nhưng ko hề có tấm màn chắn nước khiến sau khi tắm xong thì cả sàn nước ướt nhẹp khiến chúng tôi ko được thoải mái

Tổng quan dịch vụ tương xứng với giá tiền. Chỉ có 1 số điểm chưa hài lòng: - Tiếp đón: mình lần đầu tới Mường Thanh, nên phải tự hỏi nhiều thông tin. Hy vọng nhân viên sẽ chủ động giới thiệu tổng quan dịch vụ cho khách đỡ bỡ ngỡ. - Dọn phòng: khi nhận phòng thì còn sót 1 miếng urgo cạnh rèm cửa sổ. - Dịch vụ giặt là: mình gọi quầy lễ tân báo cho người lên báo giá và nhận đồ đi giặt, nhưng gọi 4 lần vẫn ko thấy ai lên lấy.
