Good location, surrounded by markets and cafes. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Requested for late checkout and got an extra hour with ease. Room is quite clean. The only downside was the water flow not strong enough and occasionally there was small cockroaches. Overall good hotel with excellent service, worth the money paid for.

The best hotel in Buon Ma Thuot”
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, can reach to many places within minutes. Staffs are helpful and willing to support all your needs. Room is new and clean; our room facing to the West which will be hot in the afternoon, yet the air conditioning works well so we don't have any problem with the room temperature at all. Room is very big compared to other hotels' rooms with the same class. Breakfast is good with many selections, mostly Vietnamese dishes but there are also Intercontinental options. Cons: The only downside here is that they don't provide any clothes iron in the room, you need to user laundry/iron service. But the price is ok for us, it's just that you need to be prepared and inform service staffs in advance.

Overal is okay , although breakfast is not good , with variation of choice but the taste is bad , some is very light , some are salty especial for soups , noodle soup , the food is not hot enough too. i recommend the management team need to pay attention and improve the meal quality.
