A safe haven in difficult times”
At the moment, we are cycling through North Vietnam and we arrived there in very difficult times, where Influenza-C(orona) panic is everywhere. In the countryside you feel racism from the local people who do not let you enter their restaurants, don’t give you rooms in their guesthouses or shout angry when you cycle along the road. It became really worse when some people from Britain arrived which had the flu. In this Hotel, we experienced very professionell staff that were able to handle the current difficulties. Everywhere was disinfectant and all staff members had masks to protect from Droplet infection. The staff had throughout excellent English skills and they handled every wish. As we weren’t allowed to bring our bicycles to the room, they offered us a safe place where we could lock them. Amazing Hotel, en Par with other 5 Star Hotels in western understanding of 5 Star.

Acceptable hotel for the money”
The rooms were much better than I expected for the money I paid. Strange the swimming pool was not open in the morning & afternoon in spite of the signs saying it was open all day. Nice buffet breakfast.

Good hotel, good staff but not as 4 star hotel”
The front desk guys is friendly and helpful, new hotel, good facilities but to deserve as s 4 star hotel, it need to improve more. Restaurant is not standard enough. I order beefsteak for dinner, and forget to tell them how cook i want. Nobody ask me and at the end I got too well done steak. I ask coke and after nearly 10 mins, the waitress came and ask which coke I would like, normal or lite. There are just small things but it shows how professional you are and 4 star standard is not just what the hotel look but also how it run. If you dont ask for 4 star hotel, highly recomment if you can get room about 30-40 usd. Anyway, you have not much choice at Ha Nam.

수영장 이용불편.운동시설 부족 하노이로부터 남쪽으로 50km 고속도로있음 하남성에서 업무관계가없어면 비 추천합니다. 시설은 좋은편이나 지방이라 그런지 직원들에서비스는 좋은편은 아니고 보통입니다

실내 청결과 처음 방에 들어갔을때 신혼때 봤던 침대위 예쁜 모양으로 접힌 수건과 생화를 보니 너무 기분이 좋왔어요. 그리고 샤워시설도 괜찮았고, 특히 아침식사 너무 좋았습니다. 가성비 너무 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 다음에도 방문하고 싶어요.~ ^^
