I have been traveling and working in hospitality industry for years, but this is the first time I cannot have in-room dining service after 10 pm. In this hotel, basically, you have nothing to do after 10 pm because even their bar closes at 10pm. Such a ridiculous policy. Secondly, their room phone did not work during my stay, so every time I wanted to ask for anything, I had to use my own phone to call the hotel which was extremely inconvenient. I told the receptionist and they said that there was nothing they can do about it because the cause was from the infrastructure of the hotel. Thirdly, the hotel management seems to let their staffs dining in the same restaurant with guests. Two security guards picked the breakfast buffet while talking on the radio for their duty. In case the breakfast was a reward for the staffs, at least tell them to take off their name tag, the radio and do not perform duties while enjoying as a hotel guest. Staying in this hotel makes me feel like I was one of their staffs and still I have to pay as a guest. I was wondering if my room was one of the staff’s changing rooms which makes the facilities that bad and there was no in-room dining service for me. So,

Breakfast needs to improve, lots of food but the quality need to improve, and the service at the Au lac restaurant its not so good, people seems dont like to work there, no energy! The worst hotel I ever stayed!”
I booked a room for 3 guests but it turned out we stayed in a 2-guest room settings: 2 glasses, 2 slippers, 2 toothbrushes, ... I sent a complaint to the sale representative hopefully they will change it on the next night but nobody does nothing! The hotel appears huge and luxury, particularly the lounge, but the room quality is really cheap. In addition I had a message to the hotel to request a room on low level floor due to my claustrophobia I can't take the elevator but the receptionists said they did not receive the message! Instead they gave us a room at 12-th floor so I had to climb up using the stairs every time. I am very disappointing. No, i absolutely do not come back this hotel again!

旧正月（テト）で知人宅に泊まる予定でしたが、帰って来た者が予定してたより多いので泊まる部屋がないというので急遽こちらのホテルに泊まりました。 積極的に日本語で対応してくれるので良かったです。 朝食はビュッフェ方式でしたが、ちょっと物足りない感じでしたが、レストランそのものは清潔感のある感じで良かったです。 新年の花火は反対側なので部屋を出てエレベーターホールから観ました。少し離れてましたが、それなりに見れました。

나는 그룹 여행객들의 가이드이다. 방은 넓고 깨끗하였으며 그곳의 랜드마크로 손님들이 좋아 했다 룸 안에서 담배냄세도 나지 않았고 조식에 김치가 있었다. 벨보이는 한국어를 조금 할줄 알아서 팁을 많이 주었다. 더 열심히 공부 하라는 의미로 다음날 아침 로비에서 손님들을 챙겨주다가 리셉션에서 여권을 돌려받지 않았다. 오전 비행기라 마음이 급했는데 다행히 고속도로 휴게소에서 만나 돈려 받았다. 참 스릴 넘치는 경험이었다. 공항에 10 만 늦었어도 우리는 비행기를 못 탔을 것이다 ㅜㅜ 고마워요
