Excellent value for money”
I was looking for & found in this hotel a quiet comfortable reasonably priced hotel neat the airport for the 25 hours that I was in Muscat - staff from the Manager on down all very friendly & helpful. The Exercise facility was not operational at this time, it was under "renovation" but all else very good.

The room is not exactly what we expect but the room is spacious for couple to stay, you should improve the cleanliness of the bathroom specially the toilet bowl. But all in all worth it for the price. We would definitely come back

The hotel was clean. We had some issues during our stay they gave us only one access card and when we asked them for a second card they rold us it the hotel policy each room will get one card only !! The same issue with towels they were keeping only one and we had to ask almost each time to get a second towel. The smell of food was really strong.

Very odd location”
The hotel's location is very far from all the main areas. No restaurants or shops are available nearby. For transportation only option is pre-booked taxi. I'll not say this hotel as value for money. They charged 10 omr as city tax for a night stay, when other hotels are charging 1 omr max.

Unfortunately, our impression of the hotel was not good..First, the handling of the guest is not good..(I mean the person who works in the reception)..Secondly, the other guests are very annoying..We never felt comfortable during sleep..In addition to that, we always We tell the reception that we do not want to clean the rooms in the morning because the children are sleeping, but unfortunately we are surprised that the room service is knocking on the door so early in the morning and disturbing our children.. Finally, we also tell the reception before leaving the hotel that we want to clean the room, but unfortunately we come back from the outside and find the room not cleaned.. These notes I hope you will pay attention to because we are regular guests in this hotel and we do not want to make a bad impression on it for the next time.. Thank you

I booked it because it was near Muscat airport where I have early morning flight. Bathroom was dirty especially shower area where. Also there were food remains on the room floor which means cleaning was not done. I think I'm not going to stay here again
