Location was Superb!”

It was 1 min walk from Earls Court Tube station which has a lift for people with heavy luggages. There were many food outlets and supermarkets, including M&S Foodhall within 2-3 mins walk. We also loved that we can walk 10mins to West Brompton rail station to take the rail to Harry Potter Studio Tours. Earls Court is on the Piccadilly line and we love that as most of the places that we need to go falls on that line, including Heathrow Airport.

Worst London experience in two and a half years”

First the TV didn't work and there were no instructions, it was sorted out but turning over meant it didn't work again, then the fridge door flew off cutting my arm, that was fixed. The noise from the tube station kept me awake all night, there was no double glazing, then I was forced to take a very quick shower as the water was flooding over the shower tray.

Keep Away - worst hotel experience ever!”

This place ruined our holiday. The room is tiny (even by London standards), poorly maintained, no suitable window furnishings - resultung in no privacy from one of the busiest streets in Earls Court, there was so much light coming through the "blinds" (if you could call then that) the room was lit up like day light when you're trying to sleep. The noise is most unbearable the whole place shakes whenever the tube goes by along with constant noise from the street - I have been in quieter rock concerts. To top this the "staff" were unhelpful, refuse to return calls, ignored emails for special requests and expected an additional per day if we expected our room clean. Of our 5 nights in London we got decent sleep one night - we were tired for the whole trip and missed opportunities and planned events.

I stayed in Flat, even though we requested the quite room as it was a business trip. However, I had to stayed in flat and until 1.30am, all the train, tubes toward Earl's court kept me awake. (and of course, they started on 5 - 6am again) It was just horrible. The staffs are nice and the location is just pefect to get the station though. I just cannot recommend you. It may fit for your budget but I will not go there again.

One stop shop”

We only stopped here one night it was ok. The local area was ideal for what we needed. It's close to the Thai embassy which we needed to get a baby passport. The range of food avalible in this area is brilliant and it's right next to the tube which was great for getting about

Only 1 min walk from earl's court station. I got a room on the first floor and my window is next to the road. It's very noisy.

Noisy place. We left the room unused and booked other hotel nearby.

１ベッドルームアパートメントに3泊しました。チェックイン時のセキュリティデポジットは現金のみです。クレジットカードは使えません。現金200ポンドをアパート内の事務所で渡した後、お部屋に案内されます。その際、気づいた事や質問をするといいと思います。私はバスルームをしっかり見ず、前のゲストの使いかけアメニティがシャワールームに残っており、新しいバスジェル、シャンプーが補充されていないことを見落としました。石鹸だけありました。シャワースペースは広く、ハンドヘルドで使い易いです。洗面台が小さめです。キッチンには洗剤、スポンジ、布巾、4人分の食器類、電子レンジ、コンロ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、小さい箒と塵取りがあります。冷蔵庫は大きく冷凍庫もよく入ります。リビングにはＴＶ、大きいテーブルと椅子4脚、ソファがあります。寝室にアイロン、物干し、ドライヤーがあり、ベッドはスプリングを感じる程マットレスが薄いです。チェックアウトは11時で30分前に部屋に来てくれてデポジットが全額返金されます。11時以外のチェックアウトは前日までに連絡（チェックイン時に相談しておく）。荷物預かりは18時まで。2号室はＧＦの線路側で音や振動はありますが、私には気になりませんでした。天井が高く日当りのいいお部屋で快適でした。スタッフが大変親切で、お世話になり有難うございました。

地下鉄が近いので音が気になる方はお進めできませんが、私は１日でなれました。 料理も洗濯もできたので、便利に使えましたが、やはり、ヒューズが飛んだりはいたしかたありませんね。 清掃が８泊のうち、２回でしたのでもう少し入ってほしかったです。 立地は最高で、部屋の広さも二人でちょうど良かったです。

Под пыль и под стук колёс ”

Метро близко.В комнате пыльно и комната находится напротив метро и постоянно ездят поезда.На 2 этаже без лифта потому с чемоданом тяжко .Гостевой дом с "коричневым" мальчиком обитающим где-то сверху.Думаю надо снижать цену в 2 раза либо ставить другие окна тк шум очень сильный.Это как жить на перроне.
