Rainwater seeps through window n ceiling like tap water n safety of apartment is not compromised.. Property mgr ignored our calls n emails to change apartment or meet him in person to address the other issues in the apartment. He refused to entertain any refunds. An irresponsible management that push the buck to Agoda to handle

Near to Train station”
The location is near to train station but is far from town, we need to change few station to get there. There is no lobby for check in, need to make a note when you booking. we was waiting 2 hours for the hotel owner to open the door. We don't know that need to mention our check in time when booking.

Fabulous location”
On arrival a few things needed to be repaired such as toaster and shower. This was done quickly . The apartment catered for an adult family of 5 well. The location and ease to Heathrow was perfect . Would return .

สถานที่พักห้องนอนสบาย แต่ห้องใหญ่ข้างหลังห้องค่อนข้างสกปรก ส่วนในบ้านสะอาดดีอุปกรณ์ครบครันค่ะ อ่างน้ำน้ำซึ่มออกมานองพื้นเต็มไปหมด สายชำระอุณหภูมิจะไม่ค่อยคงที่ อยู่ๆก็จะร้อนจี๋ขึ้นมาเลย แต่โดยรวมแล้วชอบค่ะ มีฮีทเตอร์ด้วย อุ่นสบาย มีตะแกรงฮีทเตอร์ในห้องน้ำไว้ผึ่งผ้าได้ด้วย ผ้าแห้งเร็วมากค่ะ ถุ้าไปก็จะไปพักอีกค่ะ
