We booked this room on a discounted price, and at that price range you'd get what you paid for. Otherwise , if we paid for the "full price" the review would be way lower. Upon arrival we were redirected to a different building across the alley. We did not stay in the building advertised in the photo of this agoda listing, this caught us off guard. On the plus side, they did allow for our early check in. The room was fairly clean, but the building is old. Also, there's a dog in the next door building that barks loudly everytime a motorcycle passes by the alley. We only stayed in this hotel from 12nn to 10pm as we had a flight to catch at 2pm. For the purpose we needed it for at the discounted price, it did the job.

The dirtiest hotel ever!!”
The room that we got was so dirty, every corner and the wash room was disgusting. The room smell bad, the photos on the app doesn’t match at all. I don’t recommend anyone this hotel. I was here for 1 night and wishing that I can check out right away but it was too late, I checked in at late night so I can not find any other.

The staff are best”
The staff is mostly always smiley, and they are very nice, supportive and responsive. The location is close to my event building so nothing to complain, there's a big lake within a 2-min walk and you can find pretty good food around too. The room is clean with adequate stuff, can't complain for the price. Though it'd be better if they put one or two more chairs in the room, with more lighting.

Have been in My hotel in 21 _23 /11 /2018 clean room but though 703 room has a very horrible smell...... Staff was friendly and useful so feel very satisfied ,,however, there's needs to fix the drainage system in the room let they get better operate

unless u have bike … this hotel is quite deep into the lane… room is newly furbished. very clean and furniture are new. The road outside is having construction… hence taking a cab there you might need to walk a short distance to the hotel itself… friendly staff

Not worth the money”
You can get a cleaner, better and more spacious room in the city center for 6€ more and you wont regret it. Although the staff was nice they couldnt understand us and it was sometimes really hard to communicate. We were put in a windowless bedroom. Although it seemed relatively normal at first sight we noticed that the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned for ages. There was dust everywhere, the sheets hadnt been changed!! And there was other peoples hairs inside the bed. we had to sleep all dressed up on top of the bed and were quite disgusted. It was our first hotel in Hanoi; quite far from the city center and looked nothing like it did in the pictures. We were very jetlagged and tired and were expecting a clean room to get some sleep and ended up getting none of that. We had booked the room for 2 more days and immediately cancelled those reservations..
