Very very basic hotel”
I booked on Saturday at a high rate as all hotels (near tube) are fully booked. Only book this hotel if you have flight early morning as it is near the train station.

Exceptional”
Around the corner from Earls Court Road. The train station is about 60 meters away. Very practical too and from Heathrow airport. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by

Acceptable”
Room faces street, so very noisy at night. No AC, so the room gets quite warm.

Very bad there were cockroaches toilet doors didn’t close properly shower were broken there was very bad smell coming from toilet it doesn’t suppose to be called 3 star he should be called 2 star and the owner was a very rude person I complained him he told me you will get what you will pay cockroaches are very common in London so you will find cockroaches in every hotel. Some one should cancel his license for running a hotel. Crook old man. He started to shout on me this is how they treat their customer and my appeal to Agoda please take action against him and I want full refund I am very disappointed and I am not going to use agoda from now onwards. If they don’t take any action I also have pictures of cockroaches and shower are broken.

Very poor and lack of cleanliness”
Extremely poor in respect to what is offered. The pictures do ot show the reality. We requested a sheet change as soon as we entered the room . The sheets were filthy the pillowcases were also and the floor had not seen a vaccumcleaner in weeks

Excellent”
The hotel location is superb (2-min walking distance) from Earl's Court station (using the Piccadilly line). The staffs were attentive and accommodating to my queries and requests throughout my stay and ever so helpful to make my stay at the hotel as comfortable as it can. Recommended this place.

Breakfast was terrible-room cleaning was terrible, rooms are very small and some windows do not open making room stuffy and hot. Staff were polite.

For the single 20 year old female”
This hotel was a terrifying experience for my daughter. The room was dirty, the bed was covered in hair and the lighting in the hallway was non existent. The receptionist commented that the room would be too small for her luggage. The receptionist (Sarah) was the only decent thing about the hotel and we want to mention that she was kind and courteous.

Only book this if you're out of options”
We booked this above-average prized hotel for a weekend trip to London about 4 weeks in advance. We were met by a room with 30cm windows on foot-level that smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in there 10min before us entering. The mattress was full of disgusting large brown spots and our bed cover had a large spot of blood on it. Upon mentioning this to the staff in the reception he merely recited a scripted "no other rooms available during our entire stay" without checking his computer, and his solution to the bloody sheet was to give us a new one while saying "change it if it makes you uncomfortable", and that there was nothing he could do. The central location and somewhat okay-ish breakfast (continental, so just toast & tea) don't make up for the poor hygiene and of the rooms. We ended up leaving one day early despite having paid for our entire stay due to the disgusting smell in our room. Stay away.

Cheap and Cheerful in Earls Court”
My Place Hotel is cheap by London standards, so my expectations were reasonably low. I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, the room could do with an update, the lamp shade was all out of shape and wonky, the TV was tiny and almost on the ceiling, there was a big water stain on the ceiling of my room, the lift felt like it would give out at any minute. At least the shower was hot, even if one had to sit on the toilet side-saddle. But, I didn't pay 5 star prices, so why would I expect 5 star results? You can't beat the location - a few doors up from the tube station - on the same line as Heathrow and St Pancras. There is a little supermarket around the corner, heaps of places to eat and drink. You can walk to the Museum of Natural History and V & A. That's all pretty attractive - certainly more attractive than the curtains and bedspread in my room! The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was good and free. I reckon I'd stay again next time I'm in London.

Excellent Location”
Continental breakfast was really good. No air conditioning machine in the room. Tea/coffee making facilities are only at the restaurant. Heard some guests complaining on broken windows.
