Dated - but still does the job!”
A classic in the Naeba area - easy access from Tokyo and surrounding major cities by public transport, train or car. Hotel is a bit old, but still well-maintained. More "budget" rooms are located in Building 6 wing which has its OWN SEPARATE CHECK-IN desk, so don't make the mistake we did by queuing in the main building only to be told to check-in at the Building 6 desk, just a few mins walk away with considerably less crowds. Can get busy and crowded with local and overseas tourists during weekends and peak holiday winter season (Jan/Feb) but if it's your first time to visit - esp if you have KIDS - it's a one-stop-shop great destination for a good first exposure to JP winter sports. For the more experienced crowd, grab a car and venture up to the Kagura Ski Area (10-15 mins drive away) - a massive mountain (actually connected to Naeba via the "Dragondola") but far less crowded and commercialized than Naeba. Enjoy the Japow!

Very convenient if you are a ski fan. The food is just so so in my opinion, do not expect too much. Suggest to go in Jan if you want to go ski

Building 2 is good choice”
The building 2 is the most convenient location, near to beginners ski course. Room renovation is new. The whole hotel only have 2 small onsen. The food quality within the hotel are not good. Wifi signal very bad, can't even load a short video

Perfect for snowboarders 👍”
☑️Perfect location for snowboarders (and skiers).. proximity to the slopes, awesome equipments, onsen, convenience store, restaurants and bars. The female bell captain was helpful and accommodating. I wish I had written a commendation for her. (the one onduty from March 27 to 29) ❎Most shops and restaurants are closed during the winter-spring transition. The convenience store is a lifesaver, though.

I stayed in building 2 which is relatively new . The room is newly renovated. Except the toilet and shower , but still in a good condition. It’s a ski in ski out hotel which makes this hotel unbeatable. I felt disappointed about the hot spring. The place is tiny in terms of the size of the hotel . The shower area and changing area are not as clean as other hot spring I’ve been to . I only went once during my 3 nights stay as it was too dirty to go . People are taking very loud in the hot spring , it was like in a restaurant. I think the hotel should place more signs to let people know they should talk softly in the hot spring.

One stop solution for skier. Got everything you need from equipment to relaxation. Large variety of restaurant choices but not every restaurant is in good value. Hotel room with twin beds is a bit old but acceptable overall. I would still recommend it.

Lovely hotel. Indoor onsen needs major refurbishment. Surprised most restaurants don't sell Japanese Sake. Great ski runs. Rooms little tired but expected. 5000 jpy per day for Lift pass. Many bars lack Japanese flavours. WiFi speed very bad of night time. Great ski in and ski out facilities. Many shops onsite including black cat luggage shipping. Heaps of lockers to store your ski gear

Dated room but clean, the room air con Cannot be controlled therefore the room will be constantly heat but you can open the window if you can bear with the wind and tractor noise in the early morning
