              exremely nice and friendly hotel staff”

              Hotel owner is very nice and friendly. We arrived at night in winter time, unexpectedly he arranged dinner for us for free. Before our arrival, we had lots of email communication and he replied promptly. He also helped me to buy Shinkansen tickets for my departure and booked a taxi for us from station to hotel on arrival day. I highly appreciate the hospitality of him! I don't think I can find any warm and sincere hotel owner in anywhere else! Thank you very much! Room is big and clean, we booked twin bedroom with bunk bed but somehow we got a bigger bedroom with three beds and a bunk bed. How nice! Hotel also has a common share bathroom, that is great after a tiring ski day, it is great to soak in a huge bathtub, very relaxing. Hotel has shuttle to Naeba Prince resort, it is actually just 5 mins walk from hotel to ski resort, very convenient. We had breakfast daily at hotel, menu are different daily, from Japanese breakfast to western, big portion, and tasty.

              Spacious room, warm hospitality”

              Very near Naeba Ski area, spacious and clean room. A hot big bathroom available on 1/F. Discounted lift ticket and rentals. Fire place is great for chatting with friends in the evening. Weak or slow wi-fi signals so better have your own data card if you must access the internet.

              Nice accommodation”

              5 to 10 mintues walk to ski, but much cheaper prize compare to Prince Hotel. Equipment rental at Hotel as well. Staff was nice, good experience

              There is an amazing Italian restaurant 2 blocks away. This hotel is walking distance from the slopes. Super nice staff, highly recommend.

              We love Naeba Springs Hotel”

              It is indeed a short distance from the ski lifts and the ski resort. It is an East meets West kind of accommodation in our opinion, wonderful in all aspects. We will stay there again when we come back. Glad we found this gem!

              下大雪時路比較難走”

              因王子酒店爆滿，所以選擇這間較近的酒店。雖然同雪場只係10分鐘路程，但落大雪時要拉住行李行都幾唔方便。而且因爲無電梯同拖行李，所以網上一早跟店方夾好左住一樓。但去到時counter婆婆就無收到相關資料，只肯安排二樓房間⋯不過地下有乾燥室放雪具，很方便同貼心。
