We booked two nights at Nam Dat Hotel but due to a change of plans, we asked to have the second night cancelled and refunded. The front desk worker tried his best to accommodate us and even called the hotel manager to ask what was possible, but the manager was very unwilling to listen to us. We tried to reason by getting half a refund but he didn't want to refund us at all. His reason is that by cancelling our second night, they wouldn't have any other guests. The truth is that

It's just ok”

The location and Staff are nice. But the room is really dark and there is no breakfast in the hotel. Also it's really noisy in the evening even at 11pm when others customers coming back and talking loudly.

英語が通じない”

チェックイン時、英語が通じず予約確認の方法も知らないようで、なかなか入れてもらえませんでした。 ハロン湾からはかなり遠いのが難点ですが、良いところは清潔感とシャワーが日本製で使いやすかったです。目の前にあるカフェのおばちゃんが優しかったです。
