Pro-nature hideaway”
The perfect compromise between comfort and wildlife. The villas are very spacious and private, while still fitting perfectly with the scenery. The bathroom the size of a studio apartment is perfect for Instagram posts, or simply for a romantic day from garden to bathtub to bedroom to balcony by the sea. Amenities and electronic devices here seem to be eco-friendly (did not see anything made in china). By the way, their fresh-baked cookies are the best, which are given as welcome gift (I managed to ask for a second plate, so generous of them). Not recommended for those with darkness phobia, because the light bulbs here are too tiny and as dim as candlelight. But it can be perfect for telling ghost stories.

Fantastic hotel ”
Hotel staff were polite and well trained. Hotel room was above expectations. It was spacious, clean and very pleasant. A little bit dim in the night but still acceptable. We were there during the rainy season and the hotel arranged several complimentary activities for us that made being rained in a really pleasant experience. The hotel itself is quite far from the city centre , but the hotel provided a shuttle bus at a fixed timing to ferry guests to and fro. It is quite near to other attractions such as Vinpearl Land, but still requires a taxi to access it due to road conditions that are unfavourable for walking

Heaven to ourselves”
we're very lucky to travel to this place during weekdays and mostly have the entire place to ourselves. The entire resort is filled with greenery, so many beautiful flowers, huge trees. The infinity pool next to the private beach is such a luxury. A quick boat ride to the Rock Bar to watch Phu Quoc's magnificent sunset is a true bless. Although breakfast was quite limited and not up to our expectation (due to low season) but lunch and dinner were so delicious. I recommend family travelers like us to book two connecting rooms rather than the 2 bedroom suite since the 2nd bedroom in the suite is quite small with no view at all. Look forward to come back to nam nghi very soon.

Excellent hotel, peaceful, lots of nature & trying to be environmentally conscious ”
We were a couple in a sunrise villa; a fantastic villa overlooking the sea - we even swam out the front of our villa. Great facilities as you’d expect, very friendly staff etc. The new manager, from Germany, is really trying to reduce their environmental impact: phasing out water bottles in rooms for glass ones, daily staff patrols around the resort removing any litter inevitably washed up by the sea and stopped burning rubbish. It’s a great hotel and their attempts to be more green really impressed us. The only minor comment: we stayed 5 nights and the breakfast buffet became a bit monotonous.

Excellent getaway ”
An ideal resort if you are looking for relaxing, quiet, luxurious vacation. Nam Nghi is tucked away in a beautiful tropical park on a small peninsula, so you get ocean views of sunrise, sunset, and moon rise. Two very good restaurants, pool bar, and a bar on an islet a short boat ride away (views are spectacular but beware of loud pop music in the evenings). Spa is very good, staff is helpful, Vietnamese coffee delicious. Small beach is clean, with clear water and sunsets (again). Weather in the end of December is ideal, +29-31, with very few rains. One of the biggest perks is snorkelling: you do not need to go further then eastern beach of the resort to see more then 10 species of tropical fish, corals, crabs, etc. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing place! Definitely 5 star!”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel almost a year ago for our honeymoon (sorry for the late review!). We had a wonderful time here and the facilities were amazing! We loved the Rock Bar, and we even went kayaking there. The hotel staffs were really helpful and well-trained. We definitely rate this hotel 5-star. However as Muslim travellers, we hope that there were proper food signage at the breakfast buffet area to guide us when we had our breakfast/food there :)

Short trip for a birthday celebration”
I went to the resort with my wife to celebrate her birthday. It was a short stay right before the travel ban due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We really enjoy our stay there. We literally spent our whole trip staying in the resort. The staff was very helpful and they fulfilled all my request and needs. The foo was good and they have a mini private island too! Nice to spend some time at the island bar. Thanks for everything!

Outstanding service quality in all services available in resort, receptionist are so friendly always ready to help and serve you, they also talking with you and ask you about your day. Resort room equipment and shampoo are the most well-known and organic base. Resort have huge garden with fresh atmosphere will make you feel relaxed when you first stepped in the resort. There are 2 restaurant inside resort severe very good food and special styles but prices are a bit expensive, i hope resort will have a restaurant which have cheaper price and serve asian seafood for western visitor enjoy asian food culture. Anyway Nam Nghi resort is an excellent resort for relaxing.

The minus point is: there are plastic bag ( not too many) in the beach ( I saw when I diving), we should collect them and not allow visitors use them By using warning sign boards...). Should equipped billiar , pingpong table to create more activitives

A great stay-in vacation ”
The staff are wonderfully attentive and super lovely, the villa is awesome, the surrounding nature and decoration are exquisite, highly recommended all the beach activities. Only downside is the food, which variety can be improved and was a bit cold although they were "just cooked" when we had dinner and need to be warmer when served for breakfast.

Beautiful location but too isolated”
The hotel per se is very nice set on its private peninsula. On the other hand its also very isolated so you have to consider doing everything in the hotel itself. During our stay only the fine dining restaurant was open, limiting your dining’s options albeit nice food. Bottom line I suggest to visit this hotel if you want to only stay in the hotel during the stay and perhaps better to wait post covid to enjoy all the facilities and amenities also because it is a higher price property in PQ

Overall is a good stay but due to the current convid 19 situation, rock island was closed. We are unable to snorkel and kayaking. We booked this hotel because of this private facilities available for in house guest. Have a bad experience going star fish beach. hotel recommended and booked a 4hours slot with a driver, star fish bench was closed And we were told to pay 4hours slot when this whole trip did not happen, felt cheated. Understand this is not hotel or driver fault, but we do feel that the local should have more information and alert us beforehand. We do not blame the hotel nor the driver, but overall is a bad experience for this incident
