We were happy with our stay in Nam Phuong, the rooms were very good for the price we paid, and the shower hose pressure was actually pretty good. Staff were very friendly but perhaps a little too insistent on "helping" you with your itineraries and book tours and the like. Nice building with a fancy wooden staircase, and a rooftop terrace.

The room was big and nice. Delicious breakfast including fruits. The receptionist helped us to arrange an amazing trip to the national park Bach Ma and also the transfer to Hoi An. The tour guide had very good English and explained everything well.

Unfortunately there's a lot of building work going on in the neighbourhood (04 19) and consequently some smells, dust, and noise. But this of course will eventually pass. The breakfasts are great, the location pleasant, and the staff warm hearted and generous.

This place is close to the river, but not riverside. It's actually in a more... Run down part of the city, but this doesn't mean that this place is, it actually is pretty close a major street.

We loved our stay here. People were lovely and helpful. They offered a free great breakfast and the location is the best. Just 7 mins walk from the town on a quiet road in front of the river.

Finally i am writing review”
Here is greatest hostel in hue. Not far from downtown(it means you can take rest at quite place) and receptionist was really kind. He recommended tombs tour and it was reasonable. If you get here, i recommend you to do it also bus ticketing to hoian or danang. When if i visit hue again, no doubt, i'll stay here again.

Very friendly hosts, nice and clean place. I dont make good reviews unless i realy like it. Usually I book one night and see. Here you can book without hesitation more nights and won't be disappointed. Nice rooftop is a bonus

Tam, the owner and his family were so friendly. The room was wonderful! Fridge, TV, hair dryer, all bathroom stuff, water, AC, fan - really everything you could want. At first I thought the location was a bit too far away from the action, but it was only a 10 minute walk and in the end it was way better because it was quiet, with water glimpses. Tam made me breakfast each morning and always shared something special with all his guests - fried bananas, potatoes, sweets, etc I wish all hotels were this good

Loved the stay here next to the river, kind hosts. Also rented a motorbike from them and he advised with recommendations around. The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator also would recommend a pest control as did spot 2 cockroaches. Also booked a bus ride to Hoi An from them. Overall would recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying here mainly because of the family. They are so sweet. The place is clean, and right along the river. The mama (Phuong) really took care of us! We will definitely recommend and stay here again
