Located at Lake Shinji-ko, Japanese-style Naniwa Issui features indoor and outdoor natural hot spring baths, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a private outdoor hot spring bath. Rooms at spa-hotel Issui Naniwa feature tatami-mat flooring and either beds or Japanese futons. They come with free Wi-Fi/wired internet, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. Guest can relax with a massage, enjoy karaoke or rent a bicycle for sight-seeing. The hotel’s souvenir shop sells local food products and crafts. Lovely time at Naniwa Issui”

A beautiful modern-style ryokan with all amenities you can imagine. We had a room in the 4th floor with private hot tub on the balcony, overlooking lake Shinji. We had dinner and breakfast at Naniwa Issui and both were delicious. We requested a Western breakfast and they were able to organise that for us. They always had an English speaker on site, which was very comfortable. Matsue is a lovely city too!

Wonderful hotel!”

Stunning location overlooking lake - excellent service - lovely food.

This was our first experience of a Japanese style hotel, and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable - the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of Matsue castle and the surrounding attractions. We chose to have the western style breakfast, which was very well presented and more than adequate. Our evening meal in a private dining room was a wonderful experience (a 12 course Japanese meal).

A very welcoming hotel ”

Very welcoming, Japanese style, reasonable price, public bath, comfortable and clean

We were made to feel so very welcome by the staff who went to a great deal of trouble to explain everything to us carefully and help us when we went out. The room was Japanese style and very comfortable with tea to welcome us and there was the option of a rather nice public bath with lots of facilities. Breakfast was quite a feast on both days. The hotel provided a huge contrast to the impersonal one we had stayed in during out time in Tokyo.

Fantastic stay in Matsue”

+ excellent dinner and breakfast, private open air onsen was the icing on the cake. Lovely and friendly staff - location was a little out of the way but do come regardless!

房間面向宍道湖, 餐飲豐富美味”

房間面向宍道湖, 可惜入住當日時屬陰天, 無綠在房中觀賞日落。距藝術館只有五分鐘車程, 酒店步行五分鐘就有便利店。 酒店員工服務態度親切, 晚餐是在房間進行, 早餐在一樓的獨立間進食, 餐飲豐富美味。
