Grand and comfortable”
The Premium King room we’ve chosen is well-designed and very spacious. It’s really enjoyable to see the nice sea view while having a bath in the indoor hot spring with privacy. My family and I have had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. In sum, it’s worth the price.

Best Marriott I’ve stayed at... 6 star!!”
Great location right by the beach, staff is super friendly and speaks fine English. The penthouse onsen and private onsen rooms were amazing with views of the beach and ocean. The Japanese style room was super cool. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall, this 2 night stay made our whole trip. Thank you guys at Marriott

Free shuttle from train station , Private onsen in room must try. Food ok, love to sight seeing around , free gym n pool for summer period . The beach takes u 10mins walk n it is white n beautiful , worth to go even takes 2 hours from Osaka .

Stunning hotel, amazing staff”
The Marriott is a wonderful resort with an amazing staff and facilities. I was cycle touring and arrived by bike. I was able to park my bike in the room, which is a huge plus if you are on an expensive bicycle. There is a plethora of incredible day rides to be had from this location, and there is a beautiful beach just down the hill. The one quibble I might have is that the location is a little removed from any other commercial property, so one is inclined to drink and dine at the hotel. The plus is that they offer top class dining and drinking, so, all in all, this place has much to offer.

Comfortable stay”
Hotel was located 5 mins away from Shirarahama beach, and 7 mins away from bus stop Hashiriyu. Those taking bus to the hotel, please note that there is some up-slope walking, might be difficult if you have big luggage. My premier king room comes with onsen facility and the room was very spacious and comfortable. There are also public onsen facilities on 11th floor, and good view of the beach from the lounge area. Buffet breakfast has a good spread. Lobby staff could speak English fluently, but restaurant staff could hardly speak any English.

Perfect for Staycation”
The room with built-in spring bath has excellent sea view and was spacious. Car parking was free at all times (no service ticket exchange needed). Bathroom amenities were well-prepared and I enjoyed the service very much.

Great view for the white sandy beach. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We started to plan a return trip to the hotel for a longer stay just as we soon as we checked out from the hotel. That’s how much we have enjoyed our stay.

the only con is that the hotel is located on a small hill, so if you tend to walk will be quite exhausting. luckily we always went by car so it was all good

Awesome Views from the Window”
We selected a room with the ocean view and truly indeed, when the sun was up, the view from our room was just awesome. It would have been great if we were at a higher floor. Very comfortable room with futons and spacious enough for 3 persons (with 2 large luggage). Great to also have the onsen located within the premises of the hotel and hence there is no need for one to brave the cold in winter to access the onsen. There is also free parking on the hotel premises for guests :)

Different Room type at different price we booked but we stay in the almost same room type”
My friend booked Superior Twin Garden view room and I booked Deluxe King Garden view room (50% higher) but finally the difference is only the size of the toilet (20% bigger) and others is the same. Then is there anyone can tell me hoe come they can charge 50% more? I really feel very angry about this.

Great hotel overall”
Location was OK only if you have your own car to drive, because it is on a hill. If you dont have your own car then you have to walk. The most famous beach is about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. By car would be 2 minutes. The stay was fine. Theonly problem was we booked a room with in-room bath for two nights. The bath was fine on the first night. We had to call the front desk to turn off the water running which makes a lot of noises. The next morning the bath was cold. 2nd night tried to use the in-room bath again but the hot water is malfunction. Called the front desk and someone came in to have a look. Cannot be fixed. They offered us a private spa in 13/F or changing rooms. Too much hassle to change room so we chosen the private spa instead. Personally I think the in-room bath wasn't worth the extra money. The public bath was more comfortable and relaxing. I went after 11pm and there were only like 1 or 2 other guests there.
