Great location for Narita Airport”
This hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay at an airport. There is a regular coach transfer but it is within easy walking distance if one has very little luggage. The bathroom facilities could do with updating but nevertheless they are clean and work efficiently. The beds are comfortable and clean and the room is spacious. The bedroom doors are metal which can be a problem if one’s neighbours are thoughtless and noisy. The hotel isn’t expensive and serves it’s purpose well.

Dependable Overnight stop”
Narita Airport Rest House is the most dependable overnight stop I've experienced in all my travel. No, you won't be in the lap of luxury, but you will have an efficient experience. You get there from the airport quickly and the shuttle is frequent for getting back. THe restaurant has good options for dinner and the room is clean and just what you need for staying overnight.

Close to Terminal 1 & Observation Deck”
Walking distance from Terminal 1 & free shuttle to & from Terminals 1 & 2 when organised with front desk. A little outdated but clean and large rooms.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast largely Japanese. Shuttle bus to and from the airport or an inexpensive taxi from the airport.

Decent hotel with large rooms and free shuttle to/fro Narita Airport”
Free shuttle bus runs between the hotel, terminals 2/3, and terminal 1 at intervals about 20-30mins apart. (service is not 24/7 though so check with the hotel on the latest). There is no convenience store within the hotel but there are five vending machines (also offering food) in the lobby and two more for alcoholic beverages on one of the higher floors. Breakfast is available for a fee (if not included in your package) but I didn't try it. Well-maintained for what I would say is an old hotel. Enjoy the generous (rare) space before the property undergoes asset enhancement to better optimize the floor area.

Convenience does not outweigh comfort”
The hotel were inflexible with early check in as I had booked directly with them. The location is very convenient with free shuttle but I wish I had booked a hotel further out where I probably would have had better value for money. I did have lunch at the restaurant which was lovely but the selection was very limited.

Outdated”
Old ,run down,no aircon-only hot air with small fan, lunch only 1 choice,no pool/onsen...try yourself and see if its worth every cents...i had stay at other nearby hotels before and its worth it

Dependable, supportive stay”
We enjoyed our stay at the Narita Airport Rest House. The shuttle bus was easy to find at the arrivals hall, and check in was smooth and quick. With a young baby (and ourselves) needing sleep, it worked well for us. We got a twin room and found it was just the right size for us to bring our pack and play to set up between the beds for our child to sleep. Take away food was possible from the restaurant, and room service delivery was offered (not sure if this is normal) to help us out. The trays were awkward but ordering food to our room was manageable. Food was excellent for dinner and good for breakfast the following morning. We would definitely stay there again on a layover through Narita. Proximity to the airport can't be beat! Late check out comes at an additional cost. A bassinet for your baby is rented at an additional cost. Inquire through Agoda for recent rates.

Low-cost airport hotel with limited aircraft-spotting space”
Narita Airport Rest House is one of the cheap airport hotels in Asia where Japanese Timetables of Hokkaido airline Air DO can be collected. Staff are friendly and hospitable. It is of proximity to the airport buses of Narita. From Narita Airport, one can reach Haneda and Chofu Airports easily. The restaurant is small. During breakfast hours, it can be full of guests. However, aircraft-spotting is limited. In contrast, airport-spotting is much better in the observation decks of Narita airport.

Convenient and Good Value”
This was not by any means my first stay at the Narita Rest House, but it was my first since they renovated the hotel, and I have to say it badly needed it as she was becoming a jaded old lady! The renovation was successful, and the hotel is clean and bright. Despite being within Narita Airport per se, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, and of course very convenient. Particularly so, as the hotel runs regular free shuttle buses to and from all terminals. The seats in the shuttle bus are a little tight for longer legged individuals, and don't take the seats near the rear wheel arches!! The bus drivers and other personnel are extremely courteous, and will happily help older or less strong individuals on and off the bus with their luggage. The hotel itself has very helpful and friendly staff, and a number of languages are spoken. The restaurant has a reasonable menu, but for me the curry has always been my favourite for 3 decades: try it, you'll like it!
