Great for overnight”
We stayed the night before our flight home and had a pleasant stay. The double room was quite large and comfortable. The staff was very kind and easy to communicate with. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus. No reservation was needed for pickup from the airport, but they do recommend you schedule it for airport drop off, which can be done when you check in. We didn't check out the buffet as we have dietary restrictions and there wasn't a clear menu of what was offered, so we decided not to pay in case there wasn't much for us to eat there. There's a convenience store off the lobby and even a hot food vending machine inside. It was a nice stay and if I fly to/from Narita airport again, I would definitely stay here.

Perfect for access to airport!”
The lobby of Gateway is lovely, which was great because we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. The breakfast buffet was awesome and pretty inexpensive. The staff is efficient and friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage to spend the day in Tokyo. The room was small but clean and great for two people, especially because we only stayed one night. The free airport is also a huge plus! All in all, would definitely recommend!

bus service from airport to hotel arrived on time. We were upgraded to suite. very nice, clean, large room. good breakfast. i dropped my credit card on the reception, it was promptly returned and delivered to my room. staff very helpful and speak good english, bus to airport was on time too. will use the hotel next time and will recommend to friends

Clean hotel and near to airport ”
The room is slightly bigger than other hotel in Tokyo. Thanks to Agoda for special discounted price. The hotel is clean and they provide free airport shuttle. Excellent choice for those who need to catch early morning flight.

Lovely hotel with nice staff and facilities”
Stayed here for 5 nights as a short trip before we left Japan. We landed at the airport and easily found the shuttle bus at stop 26, this took us directly to our hotel where we were greeted and checked in smoothly. As we had a lot of luggage we wanted an hotel close to the airport. We spent two days in central Tokyo, we would get the early shuttle bus (free) to the train station then a 1.5 hour journey will find you at the Tokyo hotspots. We would leave Tokyo around 8pm and there were late buses still running back to the hotel from the train station. We spent a day at aeon mall doing a bit of shopping and exploring. For the price: the location is good, the free shuttle is amazing, the staff were lovely, room was nice and included everything you need to shower. Cons: beds were hard, would have liked breakfast to be included for the price we paid. We also visited the Italian next to the hotel for pizza which you can take away :) the little shop is also really useful!!

Free bus transfers between airport, malls and city!”
We decided to book this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and the free bus transfer. It was very, very convenient and there were complementary bus shuttles to AEON mall and the train station as well. We arrived early and the staff allowed us to store our luggage with them while we head to the mall. Room was big, comfy and clean! We were given a free upgrade to a twin room upon check-in. However, we realized that if we had booked the hotel room on the day itself/the day before, it would have been 1/3 the price we paid for.

Nice and close to Airport”
This Hotel has a smoking area near the entrance to the hotel. There is a convenience store in the lobby area. Coin laundries below ground floor. The Airport Shuttle service is free and brings you to Terminal 1/2/3. I believe the bus arrives 1 hourly. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The best hotel near Narita Airport”
Good service, good restaraunt, excellent garden with small tea house. Definately you forget airport is nearby, and you are deep in Japan, in small traditional and calm place. Good free shuttle bus connections to airport and shopping center AEON. The best choice.

Excellent Transit Stay”
Excellent for passengers in transit at Narita Airport. there are reliable buses to take from Terminals 1 and 2 to the hotel at every hour from 6.30am until 11pm. Only 20 mins from T2 to Hotel and 10 mins from Hotel to T2.

Good point : Free shuttle bus to and from airport. The latest bus from airport to the hotel till 11pm and tge earliest bus that they have from hotel to airport is at 5am.very helpful for budget bacpacker traveller like us.

We stay on 8 hours for transit. Good hotel with shutle bus from terminal 1 and terminal 2. Have conveniece store inside hotel. Will stay again when we take early morning flight at Narita airport.

Great overnight stay”
Great overnight hotel in Narita with huge triple room and substantial breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. No complaints but breakfast can get very busy and almost impossible to move sometimes. From my observation it's best to let the current wave pass and swoop in and fill your plate before the next wave hits. Just give yourself enough time to relax and enjoy the pleasant Japanese garden and fish pond while the crowds roll through.
