Amazing hotel with easy access to Narita”
We stayed 2 nights here, I would rate every thing is excellent . The shuttle bus between hotel and Narita airport is complimentary and it makes so easy to reach airport. Without much rush a one night stay will make your life easy to reach airport without any hassle. There is also complimentary shuttle to Narita malls (AEON and JR station) which allows to explore the town and test other eateries. The dinner and breakfast are awesome. The rooms are spacious and very very clean. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Near to airport!”
We stayed here on our last day of our trip so we didnt have to rush to the airport. Shuttle bus provided to and from airport, and also from hotel to the aeon mall nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Having a bathtub was great for us to unwind on our last day. There was also vending machine outside of the hotel room, unsure if it's the same for all the floors. Theres also a convenient store, drug store and souvenir shop at the ground floor! Overall was a good stay although it was just 1 night!

Nice hotel near airport”
When i’m going to Tokyo, Japan. I always stay here on the first day to take a rest after a long flight and on my last day of trip so i will not worry for being late to boarding, because it’s really near to the airport. The staff is really nice. The room is comfortable. The amenties is quite complete. There are mini store to buy food, snack, medicine, souveniers, etc. The hotel also provide airport shuttle bus. Super recommended

Great hotel who has an early flight next day!”
We stayed 1 night the day before early morning flight. We booked this hotel because they have a room with 4 beds which is suitable for a family traveler. Room is very big and clean. Full amenities. Staff are very friendly, the hotel is near to the airport, and even they have a convenience store and a drag store! Definitely we'll come back again.

Access to Hotel is at Airport Terminal 2 1st Floor, there's free shuttle bus every 30 to 1 hour. Seems the hotel is quite old, but up to date. There's a souvenir and Convenience store on east Wing Hotel. the breakfast buffet is also great.

Tobu Hotel is an excellent choice for those people wishing to be close to Narita. The restaurant food is delicious, the gym,swimming pool, spa, sauna and on sending help you to unwind after a long flight. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable

I have only positive comments about this property. Close to airport, very helpful, friendly staff, room was spacious and beds comfortable, very clean facility. Breakfast was outstanding. Buffet dinner as well as ala crate meals were excellent. Also was able to buy last minute souvenirs in the gift shop. We had a very pleasant stay!

OK for a night before taking an early flight at Narita Airport”
We booked this hotel as we needed to board an early flight back home from Narita Airport. After the long travel from Nozawa, we missed the last airport link train so we had to take the bus there instead. The problem was the bus didn't stop at the hotel but at the bus stop at the airport terminal which happened to be closed by the time we arrived. As we could not walked through the terminal building we needed to drag our suitcases along the road with us to the hotel. There was no signage anywhere to indicate the way so we got a bit lost. The checkin was smooth and the staff were polite even though it was quite late already. Our rooms were clean and had everything we need. We basically passed out after our long journey. They provided breakfast but we didn't eat there as our flight was very early. We took their free shuttle bus service to the airport terminal which was pretty convenient. Overall was fine and we might stay here again.

Our flight was totally delayed, so I was so lucky that I booked this hotel very close by from the airport. Only costed just over 1000yen from the Airport by taxi. Beds were so comfortable and big. Hotel had shop where you can grab some food. So convenient and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

We booked the room last minute when our flight got cancelled. It was very reasonably priced for a quadruple bedroom. We were surprisingly happy with how clean and comfortable it was because of the cheap price. We will be staying there again next time we go to Tokyo!

Great and convenient stay”
Due to a morning flight from NRT we stayed here. The shuttle service is excellent, beds excellent and very spacious rooms. We choose the Luxury Twin Room and had enough space to pack all our bags and suitcases. Every 20 minutes a shuttle bus departs to the terminals, so we took the 9.30 bus en were in terminal 1 approx. 9.30 am. Great stay!

Great value for money”
Chose this hotel for my last couple of nights in Japan as it was very near to Narita Airport, giving me great convenience for my 10am return flight. The shuttle buses come at half-hour intervals, and the friendly drivers are very helpful with your luggages. Although there is nothing much nearby, a short 5 minutes ride on the shuttle bus brings you to Terminal 2 of NRT, which you can then go take a train.

WONDERFUL STAY WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE NARITA AIRPORT”
Stayed here for the first time due to early flight the next day. Very good hotel with friendly staffs and really easy and convenient access to the Narita Aiport with the hotel free shuttle bus. Staffs are very helpful. There are few shops in the hotel which you can do last minute souvenir shopping. Will stay here again when visit to Tokyo.

Over night stay at Narita Airport ”
Stayed for a night and checked in late. Easy process. Staff very nice. Room spotlessly clean and comfy bed and pillows. Did not eat but saw the prices and not cheap. Shuttle service was great but only goes to terminal 3 at 5.00,5.30,6.00.am. After that you need to shuttle between terminals 2 & 3. Email the hotel for the shuttle timetable and they provide the timetable in full. Bus stop 25 for terminal 2 and stop 16 for terminal 1. All in all our experience was positive contrary to many negative reviews posted. Only an overnight stay though.

the hotel is a great place to spend a couple of nights before leaving Japan. The rooms are immaculate and huge for Japanese standards. The location is right next to the airport and they have great shuttle service to and from the terminals and also to and from local shopping centers to get last minute souvenirs. They also have a great restaurant.

I was delayed in Tokyo while traveling from the US to Malaysia, my second home. I was exhausted and frustrated. The staff in the quiet restaurant were excellent. The food was so well prepared (and comforting) that I had breakfast and lunch there.
