The hotel is located just 2 train stops away from the airport, however it provides free shuttles at different timings. It’s hassle free for guests who are catching flights. There are many eateries downstairs just walking distance always! Very kind staffs and drivers, polite cleaners… everything is just so smooth!!!

The convenience airport transit hotel”
Due to I have the early flight in the morning , I have decided to stay a night in Narita instead of Tokyo to have better quality of sleep before my departure. The hotel provided 2 free shuttle to Narita Airport in the morning at 7&8am and w free shuttle in the evening at 7&8pm. Even is a budget hotel they also provided yukata quite surprised .

nice to stay near narita station again”
staying at this hotel brought back memories of my first time in japan where i am pretty sure i stayed in the same hotel. the hotel and my strolling around the station area brought back memories. the hotel was nicely located close to narita station. i was able to get their easily by train and make use of their shuttle bus service to get to the airport at the end of my stay. i was impressed with the hotel staff who accompanied me to the waiting area to make sure i got safely onto my shuttle bus the the airport.

For those of you who want to go to Narita, U-City Hotel is one of the best options and I would definitely recommend it. They offer rooms for a reasonable price point and are quite accommodating. They have a convenience store right below so food is quite accessible. Aside from this, they're quite a few minutes away from establishments. Have a safe trip!

I stayed one night in the hotel. The bedroom was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accessible. I have no complaints about my stay and recommend this hotel to anyone who needs easy access to Narita airport.

Narita U-city”
It's small room. Great view from 701. It was quiet, very clean, and reasonable $47 a night. It easy to get to by train. Their bus schedule sucks. If I had waited for the Free bus it would have been 2 hours. Taxi was $33 for a ten min drive. I choose the train. I found out too late I could store bags for about $10 bucks a night. I was carrying 120 lbs. So plan going light if you go by train. It's a 20 mins ride thru nice countryside. Was 240 yen about $ 2 bucks. I am 69 190, so it was a workout with 3 bags. Hotel is great for the price! It's the food and drink outside that kills you. But look for the locals. It's nothing to spend $30 @ dinner for one. That's 2 beers, four ribs, a onion and a few carrots. But the waitresses were beautiful and sweet. Love Japan!

A)5 mins work from JR NARITA station. take around 25 mins JR to NARITA airport.Good choice for early flight next day.I heard that they have free shuttle bus to the Airport .But my flight to early I didn't take that bus. B)facility is quite old but still good 3) convenience stores just close to the hotel 4)NO BIG SHOPPING MALL near the station if you want to buy something

Great hotel, perfect stuffs, very helpful. They provide the hotel to airport shuttle bus from 7 am. However, if you need to go to the airport too early, it will be a little bit too far from the public transportation (but it should not be a problem if you travel light). Overall, it's a good hotel!!

A very convenient place to stay before flying back. The room is spacious for the kids. They also gave the kids free toys before check in. Then we rode their shuttle bus to take us to the airport in the morning. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you U-City!

great place to stay near airport”
If you have an early plane to catch, rather than traveling from Tokyo, it is better to stay in Narita. We decide to stay for 2 nights to spend more time in chiba and narita. Hotel was great, with an excellent location just beside narita station, many restaurant and store nearby, walking distance to narita omotesando, the temple and about 4km from AEON. AEON is must go for last minute shopping. Staff was helpful and friendly, spacious room, heater, decent wifi, with all basic facilities you've expected in proper hotel.

International trip schedules are often delayed or cancelled due to weather or strict COVID-19 restrictions. The hotel staffs are quite flexible for such schedule change. It's not fancy hotel but this is right choice, if you need just a clean and safe hotel before and after flight. I will book again.
