I have a wonderful experience staying here. Everything is the real japanese style; room, bathroom. If you want to try some, I recommend this hotel. So great with pick up service. The bathroom is very good but toilet is a little of a little bit dirty, that is not a big deal. So, try!

Cleaning need to be done more owner was lovely people no English at all but very helpful. Places is out of town a bit owner was happy to take shop to buy food and the station.

Picked up at station and returned the following day. Although a bit far but it is okay. People is very friendly and helpful.

Don't get me wrong, the place is nice. I booked it for the location and price so I didn't expect such a lovely little place to stay. Shame the bathroom is a magnet for all manner of creepy crawlies. Scary. So many. And a squat toilet only. My legs aren't built for that. Or my nose. Everything else about the place was fine.

This guest house was wonderful! What you are paying for is actually your own small cottage. The staff was extremely kind and willing to pick-up and drop you off at the station. There wasn't anywhere to eat near the vicinity, but they'll take you to a convenience store or restaurant and pick you up afterwards. I booked for 2 people and it fit us comfortably. The only negative things I saw was in regards to the cleanliness. It's along the mountain so of course there would be bugs, but there were cobwebs, dust and a lot of the sheets had stains on them. You also need to bring your own towel. Another thing to note is that the cottage I was in only had a Japanese style toilet (I don't know about the other cottages), but on the bright side you get your own private bath and shower area. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to climb Mt. Fuji or visit. It's a very peaceful and relaxing place. They may not speak much English, but they do their best to accommodate to the customer. ^_^ I wouldn't mind staying there again.

very basic Japanese guesthouse. Simple room. The Japanese bath was not clean. We were the only one at the hotel this night. The owner was nice to pick us up from Kawaguchiko station and brought us to a restaurant at night as the hotel is outside of the city. even if the owner is nice we won't go back there.

Recovery from climbing Fuji”

It was fairly shabby and a long walk from many restaurants or conveniences, but it was a peaceful place to recover from climbing Mt. Fuji for a night. There isn't internet or much to do other than collapse on the floor and rest. There's a communal bath room that's seen better days but it was relaxing. The owners were very kind and brought me tea and cookies when I first arrived.

初日到着が遅れて、チェックインが遅れたのですがすぐに代わりの部屋を用意してくれました。 駅までの送迎もしてくれてとても助かりました。 何より、スタッフの方がとても親切で、観光のアドバイスもしてくれて、始めての富士山を楽しめました。 また利用したいです。

การเดินทางจากสถานีรถไฟต้องนั่งแท๊กซี่เท่านั้นถึงจะถึงที่นี่ ซึ่งแล้วแต่คนขับจะพาไปทางไหนด้วย ที่ได้นั่งมา 2 รอบ รอบแรกน่าจะโดนพาอ้อม โดนไปห้าพันกว่าเยน รอบสองแค่สองพันห้าร้อยเยนเอง ห้องพักเป็นแบบห้องญี่ปุ่นพอใช้ได้ แต่เวลาเดินไปห้องอาบน้ำนี่มันต้องออกนอกบ้านหลังแรกเดินตามทางเชื่อมไปบ้านอีกหลัง ซึ่งทางเชื่อมนี้มันแบบหนาวมากเวลาอาบน้ำเสร็จแล้วเดินกลับมา แต่เจ้าของที่นี่ใจดี พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้บ้าง ช่วยเหลือพวกเราได้ดี แนะนำว่าถ้าจะออกเดินทางแต่เช้า ให้ขอเบอร์โทรของแท๊กซี่ที่มาส่งเอาไว้ครับ และนัดเวลาออกไว้เลย ไม่งั้นไม่มีรถกลับไป Kawakushiko แน่ ถ้าเราไปพักกันหลายคนเจ้าของที่นี่เค้าจะหารถให้เรายากด้วยเช่นกัน เพราะสัมพาระมันก็เยอะตามแล้วใส่รถเค้าไม่หมด

好慘!從河囗湖車站等半個小時巴士，坐了大半個小時巴士,下車找不到酒店!還好,酒店服務員開車到巴士站接我們, 到達酒店已是晚上七時,酒店是一所民宿, 民宿和民宿附近都沒有餐廳，民宿只有一個服務員,開車是他看門囗也是他,/他叫我們自己出外找便利店買食物,結果走了20多分鐘路才找到一家便利店,當時山區四處都沒有店,只有在馬路上奔馳的私家車,第二天去景點後,從河囗湖火車站坐的士來回民宿取回行李,的士費比酒店費還要高,除非自已有開車,不然絕對不方便……

酒店非常不錯 雖然酒店距離鎮中心不太近 但走十五分鐘就有便利商店 而酒店私隱度十分高 山景十分舒適 酒店職員十分友善 樂意幫助遊客

我滿喜歡的，還會再去第二次，在那邊因為是鄉下地方所以空氣品質非常好，且地點離大馬路很遠所以非常的安靜，你只會聽到鳥叫聲沒有汽車聲
