This is the best experience in sipalay ever. The nataasan staff are very polite... good food... good accomodation.... the owner was very helpful to ourneeds... sorry forgot the name of the owner... all inall, nataasan is the place to stay in sipalay.

Great Place but didn't stay long”
Arrived a day early from our booked date but nonetheless the staff were nice enough to accommodate us with our poolside room. We were only there for one night since it was just a quick stop for a race that we had to do. The place was really nice though, clean room, clean toilet and shower and comfy beds. It was paradise when we got out in the morning! Great beach, clean pool and overall nice place! I will definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Great Place but didn't stay long”
Arrived a day early from our booked date but nonetheless the staff were nice enough to accommodate us with our poolside room. We were only there for one night since it was just a quick stop for a race that we had to do. The place was really nice though, clean room, clean toilet and shower and comfy beds. It was paradise when we got out in the morning! Great beach, clean pool and overall nice place! I will definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Totally Underated Hotel”
I totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I upgraded to the best chalet overlooking the sea, the food was as good as anywhere that I have stayed, the staff were relaxed and friendly, the resort is very underated that is my View of it.

Room booked ocean /beach view. .......Thumb up. But no in-room TV available. .......wifi connection very limited........only around lobby/cashier area .....Wifi cannot connect to individual room.........unless we go down the lobby/cashier area with our individual HP........free wifi connection.....no password needed (thumb up). Wifi connect excellent......very fast.....thumb up. Foods for lunch/dinner take time to order (nearly half an hour)....but foods menu contents quite good. Nice seafoods....thumb up. Ask to wash clothes ..........thumb up. The hotelier even give me T'shirt souvenir ......thumb up..... Airport pickup services very efficient ,they emailed to me before last minute arrival time at airport. .........thumb up. The hotelier get in touch with the van driver.." Tow to three times by HP .....just to make sure....our journey safed / our whereabouts ......Thumb up.....exactly on time......thumb up.

The beds would have been more comfortable if the pillows are enough and the blankets aren't thin. Lots of mosquitoes so no choice but to close all windows and turn on the aircon, but the it gets uncomfortable at night cos of the thin blankets. Toiletries are not provided, only 1 small piece of soap and 1 toilet roll, so bring your own. The floor mat is also only 1, so if you come from the beach, expect a sandy room when you get back. No hangers in the closet either. The food servings/portion/taste from the restaurant are ok, but really takes a long time to prepare and serve. WiFi is weak even in the designated wifi spot. But because we checked in as family with young kids & 3 seniors, we enjoyed the "island hopping" (for a fee) and the pool. The bungalow villas (not advertised when we booked) seem empty but we were not allowed to transfer as family (3 twin rooms = 1 bungalow), would have been more fun if we all (family) stayed in 1 than in 3 separate rooms. They'll allow only if we upgrade to 3 villas as well, dang! Still, it's the memories as family that we overlooked the shortcoming of the place. :-)

Nataasan with lazy staff”
well there were a few issues with our stay here. I inquired about the managements lack of attention. turns out the owner was not there and the relative of the owner(manager) was not there as well. the staff was really lazy during our stay there. the trash was backing up by the pool area. beer bottles from last nights wasnt picked up the next day. the trash plastic bag opened and no one even bothered to sweep or clean it. the pool was so cloudy and it smells. worst part was at 11pm there were people drinking near our doorway. partially blocking our door with thier chairs and tables, they were so loud. my wife was sick that night and we wanted to rest so i was hoping theres guards around doing rounds. but no one even tried to tell them to be quite. I didnt want to comfront them so i had to look for a guard who was on hos cellphone doing nothing. i asked him to tell those people to be considerate because it was 11pm afterall. i didnt wanna get into a fight and get beat up haha. we are like 5hrs away from bacolod. the food was good but the lomi we ordered was just instant noddle with added veggies. gloryfied instant noodles. the rest of the food was good. the rooms are ok. location is ok as well. the access to the boat for island hopping is close but its like 100 steps going down. overall it was ok but the staff needs to pick it up when the owners are not around.

Despite the paradise of the quiet beach front, the hotel itself was "ehhh" This eas the priciest place I've booked in 3 weeks of travel, but you are clearly paying solely for location. Food is slightly overpriced, there is no free breakfast, no wi-fi in the rooms, and the wi fi downstairs is mediocre at best. I ordered breakfast and while I'm pretty laid back and not too picky, I had to send my waffles back because they really werent done. Most of the staff seemed lprather uninterested in providing anything more than strictly basic service- i found only one staff member to be as friendly as should be expected. Hotel was pretty empty as was the beach, but that can be a good thing. Went to the hotel next door for snorkel gear and was blown away with all the fish and coral I coud see just off the coast (much more impressive than Honda Bay!). The sky at night is breath taking, but only stay here for a quiet stay aay from everything but the beach. Food was decent but a bit overpriced, shower was decent, wifi not good, and location was prime for beach but far from anything else,

construction the entire time .. worried about debris in your food . health violations .. septic went directly into ocean... the patrons complained of no liquor at the bar. claim to be a ''diving '' resort .. they are not .. I had to walk about 1/2 mile to go to a resort that did
