Lovely hotel with amazing amenities, onsen and breakfast”
This hotel is wonderful and has everything you need; a wide array of amenities even sheet face masks and serums which was so impressive, to onsen (no tattoos) and coin laundry with complimentary dryers and a complimentary breakfast and yukatas. The staff are ok, not overly friendly but you didn’t need much interaction as you already had everything you needed for your stay. The hotel is in a good location if you don’t mind walking, its about a 20 minute walk from Fujinomiya station and there you can take a bus to some of the areas around Mount Fuji such as Lake Kawaguchiko, be aware that this service doesn’t run very frequently so you’ll need to get the first bus there and last bus back. I would say this hotel is great in the centre of Fujinomiya if you have a car but if you’re a tourist like myself and not sure where to stop around Mount Fuji, I would probably recommend staying at one of the major lakes like Kawaguchiko. With that said this hotel was fantastic value for money, you still have superb views of Mount Fuji and if you don’t mind the extra effort of walking and waiting / paying for buses then you can still explore the lakes.

アメニティが少ないと聞いていましたが、浴衣もありましたし快適に過ごせました。 温泉が別料金なのかと思っていましたが温泉にも入れて、朝食も無料サービスがあり非常に満足しました。 近くにコンビニもあり便利です。 一つ、予約したのは禁煙ルームでお部屋は問題なかったのですが、廊下に出るとタバコの匂いが充満しており非喫煙者にはあまり良いものではありませんでした。 そこを除けば、すごく快適に滞在ができました。

スタッフに愛想がなく、やる気がみられなかった。 忘れ物をし、郵送してもらったが梱包が不十分であり、中に入っていた整髪料の中身が飛び出し、他のものがグチャグチャになり、全て使えない状態になりました。 二度と利用しません。
