Right price in the right location”
Cute accommodations in a perfectly located area. Few issues like maintenance needed in the 3rd floor lounge area and an in-process fix for a hole in the ceiling, but the rooms were great, comfortable, and had a nice rooftop patio! There are also a ton of places to eat and drink in the area!

This was the perfect place to stay in old San Juan. It's centrally located, is an incredible value for the price, and is super charming. The facilities aren't great as far as any extras, but what you get is more than enough. There's no gym or on site food options, but being a short walk from LITERALLY everything in Old San Juan makes up for it. And the beautiful rooftop lounge was a great place to relax in the evening. The bathrooms and beds are small, but that can be a good thing too. 😉

I did not enjoy my stay here. Thankfully it was just for one night. Firsty there is no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up and down several flights of stairs. Upon arrival in the room they had 1 face towel yet my reservation clearly said 2 guests. The room itself could use some dusting. But what really left a bad taste in my mouth is when we were checking out, which was approximately 9:30am we attempted to give the keys to the employee running the hotel as well as ask for our luggage to be stored while we were going on a tour that was beginning at 10:00am. This lady was next door at a jewelry store business that had the doors locked and she was signaling with her hands that it did not open until 10:00am. After trying to get her to understand that we could not waiit until 10:00am she finally comes unlock the door to get the keys and then basically tells us there is nothing she can do about our luggage until 10:00. Thankfully there was another nearby business that allowed us to store our luggage, however it was for $5 per suitcase otherwise we would have missed the tour we pre-paid for. Although the cost was cheap for the one night, the hassles/inconveniences was not worth the headache.

Very bad room”
This was a very bad place to stay. Not clean. No water in the shower. Broken toilet. No wifi in the room or in the lobby. The aircond was very cold all the time and made a lot of noise.It was not possible to adjust the temperature. I froze all the time, even with all my clothes on. Many guests complained to the owner and the staff. Nothing happened. They replied very arrogant. The owner said: " You should be glad you are not in Paris." (This was the day after the terror in Paris) I paid for a place where it was imnpossible to sleep? This is he worst experience i ever had with a guesthouse or hotel
