Luxurious hotel in the heart of the city ”
We only stayed for a night to have some rest time before our flight the next day. What we didn't expect and received as a pleasant surprise was the sheer ambience and size of the hotel; it is a large hotel located in a very convenient area of the city and I liked that it has the ambience of a higher end hotel. We also got a free upgrade to their premium rooms on the higher floor and the view was spectacular even though it was not the sky tree view. Definitely, we would return to experience the sky tree view. Also, the staff were professional and polite, as expected of a higher end hotel, the check in was smooth and it was great that our luggages were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel for the services and ambience. As it was a premium room, it was comparatively larger than the usual city hotels and amenities were also well prepared. The humidifier provided in the room (as with all other hotels) was a saver because for some reason, the static and dryness in Tokyo is much more than other areas. There is nothing much to fault with this great establishment and we would definitely return for a longer stay.

Love the location, friendly staff, limousine bus from airport”
Love this hotel so much. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. First, I get free up grade to room with view. The room is considered spacious in jpn and panoramic view from the window. There is espresso machine in the room. Perfect combination, beautiful view from the window, a cup of hot espresso and cold winter weather. Second, the airport limousine bus will stop and pick up to both Narita and Haneda Airport. The hotel staff will assist you to book the bus. Third the location is closed and walking distance to train station, temple, little shopping and supermarket just beside the hotel. Fourth, the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay at the hotel (4 nights) and it was just as good as our first stay at the hotel last year. The Staff are friendly, the rooms very comfortable and the location of the hotel is ideal. You're close to everything you want and need in Asakusa. If we go back again next year, we won't hesitate to book here again!

A pleasant experience”
Great location. Supermarket, convenience store, train station (Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station) and eateries are within reach in less than 1 to 2 mins of walking. Hotel staffs are exceptionally friendly. Direct bus to Narita Airport. Clean room with remarkable view of Tokyo Skytree. Great restaurants. Surely will come back in future. Tips: avoid trains towards Ueno during rush hours and everything else will be fine.

Amazing View Of The Tokyo Sky Tree”
Were treated like a VIP here. This is the olden part of Tokyo & the location is within reach of all the facilities in Asakusa. Our hotel has a great view of the Tokyo Skytree which we really enjoy every night. It is about 10mins from the main Asakusa station & the shopping district is also nearby. Good place to stay in Asakusa.

The hotel room was so cleaned and big enough for 5 adults and 9 suitcases. The staffs were so nice. I would stay at this hotel again next time.

The room was very spacious. And they provide a mobile phone (that u have to return of course) that have Japan mobile data as well to properly facilitate your exploration around the area. We couldn't stay for long as it was only for one night, but the hotel is near Asakusa station, so it was really convenient.

Excellent (as in 10/10) customer service & location. We only had 3 nights in Tokyo so this was a perfect base. Breakfast was excellent, as was bakery downstairs for buying lunchtime supplies for the kiddies. As indicated by other reviews, rooms are a bit old, but very clean. Don't even bother with the pool - kids under 12 only allowed during 2 months of the year. Would stay again in a heartbeat. (Travelled as family of 4 with 3yo & 10yo).

Great view from hotel room overlooking Asakusa and very close to subway to access subway lines or main circularYamanote line that gave easy access to the various Tokyo districts. Food at breakfast was excellent, with great variety of foods. Concierge very helpful with day to day queries about area and sightseeing. Limousine bus to airport picked up from hotel. Area around hotel more traditional and so glad we stayed here, rather than the neon lights and 100 mile an hour pace of Shinjuku, which was good to visit, but glad to come away from.

Luxury hotel with a superb services. The rooms are cozy and clean. Staffs are very kind and friendly. Strategically stand in near some of the tourist attractions, some of it literally in walking range. And of course lots of good ramen and yakiniku restaurant around the hotel.

Great Hotel with big room and amazing view”
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We took the traditional Japanese room. The futons and comforter is so soft and cozy. We also like the view from our room and the hotel is located above a moving stream. The town is ideal for us to move around Nikko region. Overall, amazing expereince.

Asakusa in general is far from the usual tourist spots but if you’re willing to explore Asakusa itself, it’s super interesting! And this hotel is near Nakamise and similar spots, has big rooms and since it was 40% off, a fantastic deal! Very comfortable, clean, supermarket nearby, good staff. Train a few blocks away.

This was the third time that my family stayed in this hotel. It is rare to find a hotel room for four people. Our room had four separate beds and it was quite roomy.

Nice hotel in Asakusa ”
This hotel is in Asakusa which is a tourist spot in Tokyo. It is near convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and train station. We stayed in a room with a very good view of Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, and surrounding areas. The room is very clean.

The hotel is located about 10mins walk from the train, booked the room with Skytree view and it was amazing. The breakfast had great selection and the service was top notch for a buffet. When I checked in, the staff led me from front door and handed off the the check in counter, then after check in, someone led me up to my room explaining the features and what not of the room. Was informed of the view room for Skytree and it was amazing watching sunrise early morning. Would definitely stay again

We have stayed in Tokyo many times and this was one of the nicest small hotel rooms we have had. There are many restaurants around the area and a short walk to the Temple. There is also a very big supermarket next door over 2 floors, with a great selection of ready to eat meals if you can't be bothered to go out at night .
