Best Stay in Tokyo”
The room for 2 people is considerably more spacious than usual Japanese hotel rooms. Staff is very fluent in English, polite and helpful. The hotel provides coin laundry, free water and coffee in the lobby, and has great location being surrounded by 3 stations within walking distance, next to 7-eleven, near Nihombashi Takashimaya shopping centre and the Pokemon DX centre where the Pokemon Cafe is located. It was great value for money and very enjoyable stay! We would love to come back next time we'll stay in Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel”
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and minimalisitic. The staff were friendly and professional. You have all you need from a hotel, including laundry facilities. There was even enough space to open your suitcase on the floor. What I rave about is the pillow! The most ingenious pillow I've ever come across. It's filled with plastic tubes but that's not the revolutionary part. It's that it is stitched in centre for your head, but when you roll to your side, it's higher for the support you need when you're on your side! I couldn't buy one from them and they said it's specially made for the hotel. I went to Tokyu Hands and found something similar. I really liked my stay here.

Great small hotel, perfect for two. Good location, being walking distance to the subway and trains. Check-in staff were nice and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags for them to store when we arrived early at the hotel. Free water and coffee at the lobby, which is a huge plus. Absolutely no complaints.

slightly located far away from tokyo JR station, about 15min walk. it has metro around the hotel, which can compensate the JR station. hotel is clean and comfortable. room is small as usual in japan. free coffee and donuts (on sunday) is a plus for my choice.

Staff is very friendly, the hotel was always very clean, and it was located right downtown Tokyo quite near to Tokyo station. It has a small pay laundry room downstairs. The only problem is no breakfast available but there are many coffee shops close by.

A 15-minute walk away from Tokyo station, it might not be the most ideal if I had to drag huge suitcases with me but with a carry-on luggage it was more than manageable. Located near to a busy and lively area, with lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping and convenience stores. The room was quite small, as with most Tokyo hotels but sufficient for a solo traveller. Staff was alright.

Very modern and clean hotel, small but comfortable room. Electric kettle in the room, coffee machine in the lobby. Excellent location for travelling to or from Tokyo Train Station (it's a 10-minute walk), but would not choose this area for a longer stay. We had the misfortune to be welcomed on arrival by a particularly moody receptionist, which was a shock after all the friendliness we had experienced in our three weeks in Japan, but luckily the other two members of staff we encountered during our stay were much friendlier.

highly recommend. i paid about $170 for two nights and it was reasonable. tho it’s a lil bit far away from Shinjuku or Shibuya which is well known to visitors. in the lobby almost everything was available including water, coffee, ice cube, plastic cup etc.

Would like to commend the following hotel reception staff, whom have been friendly, helpful and patient: 1. Mr Tamang 2. Mr Zheng 3. Ms R. Asano Hotel is in a quiet area, convenient for food, supermarket and to/from subway stations.

This is a new hotel so all facilities are new. 10 min walk to train station. Room size is decent for solo traveler. Only bad point is that room facing the highway and the noise maybe unbearable for light sleepers.

10-15mins walk from Tokyo station Yaesu central exit. Room is clean, comfortable and has all the necessary facilities. Hotel staff are friendly. Value for money in my opinion considering the location.

Next to the hotel has a street with beautiful cherry blossoms during the time we stayed there. Excellent!

Overall convenient & in a quiet area, hotel staff are helpful & friendly. Food & mini-mart close by. However, stairs on exit from subway station, Nihonbashi, could be a challenge if travelling with elderly.
