Komfortabelt og hyggelig”
Vi bodde seks døgn på Chinzanso og hotellet var en oase å komme "hjem" til etter slitsomme og interessante turer i byen. Været var spesielt vått det meste av tiden, så de romslige værelsene kom godt med når vi og klærne skulle tørke opp om kvelden. Betjeningen var svært hjelpsom og hyggelig, alt var rent og pent og vi følet oss vel på alle måter. Hagen var vakker, men på grunn av været fikk vi ikke så mye glede av den. En ti minutters gange ned til Edogawabashi, vårt nærmeste restaurant- og t-baneområde var hyggelig, men det hadde kanskje vært mer praktisk hvis ting hadde ligget litt nærmere. Men man kan ikke få alt, da hadde kanskje atmosfæren på hotellet vært mer urolig? Vi anbefaler hotellet på det varmeste.

Lovely hotel”
We loved this hotel. We did have to pay for the use of the pool for the children, which is a bit annoying due to the pool cost being included in the room, so be careful with that one. Rooms were very spacious, children were sharing the beds with us and the beds are not that wide so balance required. I would imagine you could get an extra bed in the room but we were only there for two nights so we coped. There was about a 10 minute walk (max) to the subway. A few restaurants close by.

For small children we charge half the normal fee for access to the spa (pool and hot spring bath). We do include a free extra roll-away bed for young children if parents/guardians request it. Hotel Chinzanso is a great place to stay, rooms are large compared to most hotels in Tokyo, service was second to none. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We get a free smart phone, with unlimited data and local and international calls, used it to navigate the city the entire time, and even make a call back to the US at no charge, saved us money on getting a SIM card for our own phone. The hotel has a beautiful Japanese garden, walked through it every day on our way out. The only slight downside is it’s a little further out of town, a 10min walk to the subway station, but a lovely walk through a park. All in all, would definitely stay there again.

The staff is very friendly when coming in to check-in. The bags will be sent to your room. The array or restaurants has everything for your taste. The bar quiet and discreet. The amazing garden will enchant you. If you don’t speak Japanese don’t worry, many channels to choose from to watch TV. An enjoyable experiences

The staff organised our luggage to be couriered to Kyoto so that we wouldn’t have to be struggling with it on the bullet train. Cost per case £12 and well worth it! Exceptional hotel and would highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting Tokyo to stay here. The extensive gardens were a welcome relief after the busy city.

Beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms. A little out of the way but managed to walk or catch bus to station. The only negative would be the extra charge to use the pool. It was 4500Yen. Not sure if this was each time or for the week. Lovely gardens in hotel grounds.

If you like flowers and gardens this is an excellent hotel esp in Spring and Fall. In June there are the fire flies at night. The garden is very verdant. The staff is very helpful and attentative.

u don't feel like u are staying in tokyo as it is surrounded by greens, and make u feel like u are having a vacation in the park, sadly some facilities are only reserved for members but not for hotel guests.
