A great one-night stay for my partner's birthday. This was an exciting time with all the room facilities such as a jacuzzi bath, steam room, and karaoke! Recommend for anyone who wants to have fun, staff very attentive. There was no real view from the rooms and not much natural light however this is usually the case with love hotels I believe as that is not the point of this type of hotel. Overall great experience and we wished we stayed another night. Perfect location in the heart of Shinjuku.

An awesome experience”
Entering your room is like escaping the world outside. From the bedroom to the bathroom the entire hotel room is filled with amenities, gifts and features. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and massive television! The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. We stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon and were surprised by the extra effort put into our stay by Suzuki Toshiaki-san and his hotel staff. Thank you for making our last stay in Japan so amazing. We will gladly visit again.

Interesting & Nice Hotel”
Absolutely LOVED the bathroom and in-room sauna in this hotel -- what a treat! We had a standard queen room and it was quite small, but the bathroom made up for it! The bed is a bit hard, so ask for a double mattress to help. Location is great, safe and provides easy access to the subway station. I was afraid this place may feel seedy (or be located in a gross area of the city), but it is not. Everything was SUPER clean with fresh (plastic-wrapped) towels/toiletries added each day. The manager was also very quick to communicate with us whenever prompted via email which was very appreciated. Oh, and it's conveniently located very close to the Robot Restaurant, which was fabulous! :) All in all, good stay and for the price, I'd probably select this place again.

Great Love Hotel w/Friendly Staff”
First experience with a Love Hotel in Japan, and I loved it. My room had a sauna, jacuzzi tub, karaoke machine, and the staff was ready to help 24/7. The hotel is located in Shinjuku, but incredibly safe and very close to Shinjuku Station. Will definitely be returning to this hotel during my next stay in Tokyo

Sauna steam room, jacuzzi, karaoke machine in the room. Greeted and welcomed by Mr Suzuki. Showed us all the amenities with a smile. This is a love hotel so if Kitsch is not your style then go elsewhere. If you’re into cozy hideaways with a Vegas feel... this place is for you. It’s EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. We loved it. Right in the heart of everything but on a side street so it’s super quiet. Worth every yen.

Ok, I was skeptical when booking this since I was traveling with my sister. We were well aware what type of hotel this was and it was the best hotel we stayed in Japan. The room was so spacious and had many amenities. We had a huge tub with a sauna. Where else could you get that! The staff accommodated us as much as they could and the hotel is within walking distance of the metro station, Shinjuku, and k-town. I would definitely stay here again. Worth every yen.

Good points: Rooms are large, especially for Tokyo and staff reasonably friendly. Parking is also free which is great considering how expensive it is to park in Tokyo. Good location, 2 minutes walk for Shinjuku-higashi metro station. Bad points: Room wasn’t as clean as some other reviews suggest. It was clean enough not to complain but the carpet really needed a hoover. The pictures are deceptive, the rooms aren’t as nice as they appear, they look tired and in need of a renovation or at least a fresh paint. Car keys have to be handed in to reception for the duration of your stay and the room keys have to be handed back every time you leave the room to go out. These are rather strange policies and no one could explain why this had to be done? Overall, the hotel was acceptable but I wouldn’t stay there again. I have stayed in nicer hotels in Tokyo for cheaper.

While not the most modern facilities, it is adequate and clean. Assuming you don't mind the "adultness", it is conveniently located near the subway station. Moreover, you do get more room than what a standard hotel would give you, plus free VOD, coffee, tea, (may include breakfast, see the info packet in room), jacuzzi, dry sauna, karaoke, and others listed in description. Staff was very nice and helpful. Having to check in the old school key every time one went out was somewhat of a bother, though this was made easier due to the ID card they give you to get the key back. The room description mentions a city view, but this is only true if you slide open the window door, which is a solid wood panel, and then open the window, which is frosted affair. Essentially, you don't get any view in the normal sense and some may feel claustrophobic as a result. Last thing, I think some of the batteries in the remotes, ie for the A/C, TV and karaoke may need changing, as the connection became somewhat unreliable at the end of my stay. I will definitely do this again.

Great love hotel in the heart of Shinjuku with personal sauna!”
Ours was a terrific large room for Tokyo in the heart of Shinjuku making all our explorations easy! The room was clean, well organized, and included a terrific personal sauna that I used every single day. The staff was helpful, and procedures easy to follow. Great location, great hotel. It was a fun example of a love hotel and we enjoyed our 4-night stay.

Fun stay in Kabukicho”
We really enjoyed the amenities and spaciousness of our room at J-Mex. It was a lot of fun to try all the lighting effects, sauna-whirlpool and in-room karaoke. Definitely recommend for couples on a leisure trip!

Great spot for exploring Shinjuku”
Great hotel, Suzuki was so helpful and made us feel at home when we arrived. We enjoyed the extravagant amenities like the steam room in the bathroom - perfect for unwinding after long walks around the city. My only negative is that the smell of other guests smoking occasionally made its way into the room and was very strong in the hallway. Not sure if they are already available but I would highly recommend making a non-smoking floor to help with this. Would definitely stay again when we next visit Tokyo! Thank you for a wonderful room and stay!

Best hotel experience ever!”
Staying at a love hotel in Tokyo has always been a bucket list item for me. I was so excited to stay here and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, had a sauna and jacuzzi that turned on quickly. Karaoke system, amazing quality toiletries and drinks/minibar that were refilled daily. We didn’t order any food but you can anytime of the day. We did order some other items such as leg massager, face massager, hair products and everything that made our stay comfortable and fun. The room had endless things to do I didn’t really want to leave at all! Suzuki-san is so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you so much. I would recommend this for short stays and even long stays! It’s great value for money and the best experience.

Excellent hotel, clean and efficient service. It is a love hotel so there are such elements around, for example condoms in the room and adult TV, Best part is the sauna in the room. The only thing that can be improved is the cumbersome process when leaving the room - you have to hand over your keys when you leave the hotel, and claim back your keys when you return. Hope this can be improved to follow the usual procedures of a standard hotel.

Service was excellent and room facilities were good, with sauna and whirlpool bathtub. Metro station is within 1 min walk, and main shopping belt was within 10min walk. Disappointed with the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room (when I have booked a non-smoking room) though, which didn’t go away despite the air purifier in the room and after 3 days of stay. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay!
