Asakusa er koselig stedet. Det kaller den gamle Tokyo! Hyggelig resepsjonister. Vi ble utslitt av masete stuepiker (rydder på rommet) på hotel i Kina og trenger virkelig en ordentlig ferie enn må ut og stresser oss mye. Stuepiker på hotel Wing har god respekt og latt oss være fred. Tusen takk. Dere har gitt oss en ordentlig ferie!😊 Ellers bitteliten rommet og baderommet vi greide oss bra.😊

Love our stay”
Our room was the tatami room with skytree view on the 10th floor. Super comfy, budget hotel but excellent service, great amenities, great 12th floor skytree view, excellent location (right outside Asakusa station with elevator exit). We can definitely feel the quality of our stay, even the smallest detail is carefully thought for. The room is small, but so is everywhere else in Japan, this hotel has the best utilization, comfort, quality and price even with the small print we trully enjoyed our stay. One thing that can be fixed though, their combo washer and dryer doesnt dry our clothes, this really frustrates me, I have added a lot more drying time but no luck, I ended up hair drying bunch of clothes. Go for other coin laundry.

The room is very clean. The staffs are friendly and good at English. They gave me a lot of information. The hotel provides lots of stuffs and amenities which are very useful. The room is quite tiny but it’s still comfortable for me. Moreover, you can access to the elevator to the train (to airport) within 1 min walk. Recommended hotel for traveller!!

Simple but great hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at hotel wing. Rooms are a bit small but nice & clean. The view at the roofdeck was amazing! Overlooking the tokyo skytree was picture perfect. The staff was very helpful they even helped us hail a cab when we checked out. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

Comfort stay, very easy to go or from Airport”
From airport line train just go up and exit a2b, turn left and , the hotel is there. Room is very small like another hotels in japan but comfortable. There is free light breakfast (bread&juice) for all guest, but we pre-booked breakfast so we got another breakfast coupon using at the near restaurant called Denny

Great hotel with one tiny bad ending”
The hotel was located near the subway exit, you wont miss it (use google map!) The room was clean with comfortable bed and I slept like a baby during my 2 nights stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. A small hiccup which makes my great experience with this hotel turn to a not-so-great one. I was inform there will be no breakfast serve during my stay due to typhoon therefore I will be refund 2800yen via Agoda. I was given a document to sign to show that I am aware of this refund and also agree with the amount being refund. A week after my trip, I notice I have not receive any refund, so I emailed Agoda to check with the status however I got the reply that the hotel claimed I have refunded by cash (which I have not). Long story short, I believe my bad experience is only a one-time thing, no doubt this is a great hotel which I will still recommend everyone to stay with this hotel, just insist to get the refund by CASH even if the staff said otherwise.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! From check in to leaving everything was amazing. the room was an ok size (for tokyo) with some exrta storage around the bed for all our suitcases. the view was amazing from the rooftoo, we were up there everyday. the staff were so friendly, the little breakfast snack and juice was perfect to kick start our day! would definitely book again and recommend.

Good Facilities, Superb Location and view”
Small hotel with good facilities, very value for money. Good location, just walk 5 minutes to Senso-Ji, just take few step to Asakusa Metro Line. Breakfast only a bun and a juice. Fit with traveling people who won't spend too much time in hotel room. And the best part is the 12nd floor. You can view good view of Tokyo Sky Tree, and surrounding area of Sumida River.

less than 1 minute walk from Asakusa station Exit A2-b (elevator exit). very friendly staff. many useful item to be borrowed from front desk. many female cosmetic related sample available in front desk also. hotel price includes a bread and a drink in the morning. beautiful view on the 12th floor to see skytree, a must go location. room is small but has everything needed. overall a very pleasant experience.

One of the best options near Asakusa Shrine (Senso-ji). Near train and subway stations. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good price, cable TV and light breakfast included! The view from the top in amazing!

The room is a little small, with daily necessities.Staff are friendly! They can speak many kind of language, don't hesitate to ask them about anything. And the hotel is located at asakusa , nearby to metro and subway . Wing hotel will be my next tokyo trip first choice .

Hotel is near Toei subway and there is family mart opposite it. Staff is very helpful and has a good service. About the room is very nice although it's small.

Staff are very accommodating, from extra bath towels to ice delivered to the room. We love the free light meal : choice of drink and bread. A great bonus is the free and overflowing skin care DHC products :)

This is a good hotel with great location. It's located just beside the subway station. Though the room is small but almost all hotel room in Tokyo is pretty small. It is very clean. The hotel even prepare with simple breakfast for all hotel guest. I would come back again.
