Awesome stay in Tokyo”
We were 2 families, one with 3 adults and mine with my husband, 2 teenagers and 1 child. So we booked 2 rooms. We arrived in the T-CAT station from Narita T2 and walking (a short 3-4 minute) to the hotel is a breeze. We were greeted by Tatsuyo, a front desk officer, and was so willingly helpful when we needed to rent a portable wifi and even find a certain bus station. There are a number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. The nearest train stations are Hatchobori and Kayabacho which are both around 10min walk from the hotel. In the rooms, the beds, linens, and pillows are of quality. They are so comfortable you wouldn’t want to get off the bed. But in our case, we were well rested from a day’s walk. There’s also a coin-operated washer and dryer in the 1st floor. In our future Tokyo stay, we are definitely coming back to Mimaru or try their other locations. You made our family visit in Japan perfect!

Well-connected, friendly staff, design makes 4 people sharing a room easy”
This is the first time I've stayed at an apartment hotel and Mimaru made the experience easy. The staff is friendly and make the policies very clear. We reached before the check-in time and they just let us in without any discussion. Also gave good advice about transportation. I appreciated the design of the apartment itself. Having separate toilet and bath areas goes a long way in sharing a space with family. The kitchnette had all the basics - fridge, stove, microwave, utensils, plates, cups. Also, we could borrow a lot of items from the reception - iron, toaster, board games, umbrellas, even a polaroid camera! The area is quiet, but very well connected - can reach most parts of Tokyo in 20 minutes using one of the 3 subway stations nearby.

MIMARU TOKYO NIHOMBASHI SUITENGUMAE”
A hidden gem in the middle of Tokyo. The location is next to T-CAT that has both direct access to Narita/Haneda Airport with Airport Limousine. There are 2 lines of subway within walking distance. Surrounding area is less crowded than central area but have all basic necessity (supermarket, convenicence stores, small restaurants and coffee shops). The hotel only provided full cleaning service of room on 4th and 7th day of staying. But they will change bath towels, vacuum floor, and clean up garbage in daily basis. The room itself consists of 2 adjoining single bed and 2 bunk bed. A fully function mini pantry/kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink) area inside room is in perfect condition complete with dining and cooking utensils provided. Self service coin laundry and drinking vending machine are available in premises. A perfect choice for traveling with family or group.

Perfect for families, spacious and fun interior for young children, simple yet sufficient, close by to the station and any convenient store, have a lot of things to rent to make the stay more comfortable. Coming back for our last few days I. Tokyo!

A great option for a Tokyo stay”
This place is clean, spacious and co.fortable and for a family of four, it was perfect. Close to connections to both airports it's a slightly quieter part of town but we found it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day but it's only a few minute on public transport to the hustle and bustle. There's also some nice places to eat and a couple of supermarkets within walking distance so that was also a big plus for us. On top of all of that the staff were wonderful and always incredibly helpful so we really can't fault this place.

Nice and Tidy”
Room was clean and tidy with basic facilities in the room including kitchen and dining table. Hotel internet was good enough and quite stable. However, it was a bit too cram for a family with 3 teenage kids in the room. Only one shower and one toilet and they were not connected. Coin laundry in the first floor was useful as well. Staffs were polite with welcoming coffees for guests. Can leave luggage with the reception. Location is the best factor, close to TCAT where Airport Limo Bus is located.

Comfortable and modern room”
We were a family of 4 with teenagers, the kids really like the bunk beds with their own charging station. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette that has a microwave, stove, big fridge (finally one that holds a 2L milk bottle) , cockery and cutlery. Good for preparing quick meals and breakfast. I would not recommend any full-on cooking as the room has no partition. There is a coin-operated laundry at the ground floor of the hotel, which really helped as we were in the 2nd half of our journey and running out of clean clothes. Staff were helpful and speak good English, you can also borrow a variety of items from the reception, including a vacuum cleaner if you cannot wait for the alternate-day house-keeping. There is a small Japanese restaurant just beside the hotel which serves really good gyoza, my family enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located at a quiet area, not much action ard but the subway station is just 3 mins walk away for you to get to where you want to.

Nice hotel at a convenient location. Easy access to airports with the airport bus, which was especially helpful for someone with small kids. The kitchen was well equipped and very convenient with several small supermarkets close by

A comfortable and spacious appartement for 4 persons”
Very nice place. Enough space for 4, modern & comfort. Simple modern japanese decoration. Small kitchen. Close to the metro, but not central. We had a very nice stay (6 nights) with 2 kids. We highly recommand.

We have a pleasant stay in Mimaru hotel for 2 days. The staffs are very nice and helpful.”
Our room is clean and equipped with many household appliances and you can also borrow from reception. A smartphone will be provided by the hotel too. The location is good that close to Tokyo metro and convenient store. A lot of restaurants are just nearby.

The place was spotless and quiet. We had previously stated in a mimaru in Kyoto that had better facilities and so we felt a little disappointed that this place offered no basics such as oil, soya, salt etc. Even though this place was more expensive and the room was smaller. The staff were very friendly and all in all it was a lovely place closer to a busy motorway in a residential part of Tokyo. Ps. Bunk beds not for tall people over 185cm

Nice chic place”
We inquired whether it was possible to checkout slightly later as we were travelling with 2 young children and had a midnight flight and where shocked to learn that it was possible to check out at 130pm (11am being the usual checkout time) at a price of 5000yen. The following day we asked another receptionist whether it was possible to just extend it for an hour at a lower rate and she mentioned any extension would incur a full days stay. Confusing and unfriendly terms for sure. Location is 3min walk to the airport bus terminal but far for anything else. Quiet neighbourhood with nothing much around. Upon check-in, the room like tastefully done and seemed comfy to boot. However there are few things which could be improved :- 1. The lights cannot be dimmed, it’s either bright or nothing at all. 2. There is no black out curtain, only light blinds. So by 5am the room was bright. 3. Noise insulation. The place is next to a highway, so it can be rather noisy. 4. The beds were really hard! If you are a side sleeper you might wake up with sore arms.
