The location (Nishi Shinjuku) is perfect. It took us ten minutes to walk to Kabukicho or the Shinjuku station West exit. It’s only about four-minute walk to the Marunouchi subway station. The staff were super friendly, helpful and polite. There are many cafes (Doutor coffee, Paul Bassett, the 3rd Burger, Cafe Veloce, Tully’s Coffee) for breakfast near the hotel. The size of the double room wasn’t spacious, but the room was clean and neat. There was a bathtub in the bathroom, and we could have bubble bath every night. The housekeeping services were excellent. The hotel also offers the use of a Handy phone outside of the hotel. There are coin laundries, vending machines, microwave ovens on different floors. There is a corner with free toiletry items by the elevators for the hotel guests.

Amazing stay & great staff!”
I loved staying here!! The bed is super comfortable, very clean, and the staff is so friendly! They were very helpful and accommodating. The shower was also AMAZING! The shower pressure was really good. The bathroom toilet even has a bidet! The lobby is nice as well and some of the floors have laundry, vending machines, cup of noodles, etc! It’s a short walk to subway station & a 10 min walk to JR station. McDonald’s, 7-11, and restaurants all nearby. I definitely recommend staying here! We were also stuck in the hotel all day as the typhoon hagibis hit Tokyo. I will definitely stay here again! Such friendly staff and clean, comfy room!

Nishitetsu Inn is in a very attractive part of Tokyo, with lovely tree-lined streets. It was very close to the Shinjuku Station which made travelling around Tokyo easy. Although the room was small (by NZ standards) it was lovely and clean with toiletries replenished daily (toothbrush and paste, soap, shampoo) and razors etc available freely in reception. Rooms were serviced daily and we were supplied with a kettle, cups, and a fridge. I took ordinary tea, coffee, and sugar, (and a tea-towell) but green tea sachets were supplied. There was a $2 (100 yen) shop almost next door so very convenient for forgotten items (like face cloth - not supplied, scissors etc). 7/11 stores are prolific with again, one almost next door.

If you need a place near Shinjuku, this is it. ”
First off, the room was clean and nice. It’s not too small and the bed feels nice. Standard bidet for the toilet and it also has a bathtub. It’s a few minutes walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station, and Central Shinjuku is a leisurely walk away (about 10 mins). It also has a 24-hr McDonalds across the street which is very convenient for late night munchies. The nice thing about the hotel is that it’s far away from the pollution of Central Shinjuku and it’s quiet at night. I’d really recommend it.

Great hotel in great location”
Hotel is great with great staff and has everything you could need. Microwave on floor 10, laundry on 7, fridge and kettle in room. Three konbinis outside plus MacDonalds and loads of Japanese restaurants. Walking distance from Metropolitan Tower. Two mins walk to metro, one stop to Shinkuku. Or about 10 min walk to Shinjuku station. The area is a business one full of impressive skyscrapers and quaint backstreets. Very safe friendly area. Even if you go over to the more touristy Kabukicho which is North West from Shinjuku station and has a bit of a reputation it's fine. I walked back from a gig there at about 10pm and felt perfectly safe. Just ignore the touts obviously.

Comfortable, clean, centrally located”
We loved our stay here! It’s very conveniently located, clean, and spacious (we had a queen room). One amazing surprise was they provide a FREE cellphone that also acts as a mobile WiFi hot spot. We were able to call to make reservations which was a huge plus. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo!!

Excellent Hotel with Ideal location”
Found a great deal here on Agoda, The hotel was well located in Shinjuku only a few minutes walk from the station and close to the heart of shinjuku. Had a single room and was a nice size. Cleaned immaculately every day. Had everything you could want in a room with all the extras. Used the hotels parking on one night for 2k yen for the night. Staff were very attentive and helped with any request i had. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Great hotel location that's good value for money”
Well, it's a bit late to do the review of my Oct 2019 stay as COVID-19 changed the tourism world so much since then. Anyway, I hope that once the situation is over, tourism blooms in Tokyo once more. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget-conscious as the location is pretty good (i remember walking to Shinjuku daily quite easily and safely). Lot of food options nearby. And I also love the Cocoro cafe just at the lobby of this hotel. Cheers!

Foreigner Friendly”
I had an excellent stay at Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku. It is within walking distance to covid PCR testing facilities for those who wish to shorten quarantine duration. It's also close to Shinjuku train station, various restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls where one can buy adapters if one's electronic devices don't use the standard Japanese plug. Staff respond to emails promptly and are also helpful towards those who don't understand Japanese. Good for solo travellers.

The room was well appointed, really clean & cozy. The staff were helpful & the laundry facility was a great extra. Super close to Shinjuku & one of the best okonomiyaki restaurants.

Convenient location a short walk to everything”
Really liked the location: less than 10minutes walk to the main station but away from the noise. The hotel staff was wonderful. Amenities were convenient as we had forgotten a few items. I would definitely return if we come back to Tokyo.

this hotel is located in a skyscrapers district not far from shinjuku station. neat and clean from lobby to room . staff were very helpful though a bit of communication problem was encountered. but the supervisor sorted it out. amenities were sufficient and the coin washing machine on the14 th floor was helpful in my laundry. I highly recommend this property to business travellers or solo traveller.

Strategically located in the heart of Tokyo. Walking distance to Shinjuku, so you can have fun till late night with no issue. Easy checkout by just drop the room card to the box provided if you have to travel to the airport in the early morning.

Near to Nishitetsu shinjuku of marunouchi line. The room is spacious, I like a corner for dining while watching TV. The coffee packs from hotel is very nice. The room cleaning service very punctual.

Good for the area ”
I ended up going to Tokyo during Golden Week, which significantly reduced the amount of hotels available within the area. I was lucky to for a room at this hotel at a decent price. The room itself was quite large for Tokyo and welcoming. The bathroom was a decent size and clean. In terms of location it wasn’t too far from the “fun” side of Shinjuku. Staff were great and the coin laundry in the hotel was excellent (and affordable). I found my stay to be relaxing and comfortable here.
