It’s our 3rd time to stay here, and still it never fails our expectation. Very clean rooms and surroundings. Delicious choices of foods for breakfast buffet. Need to improve speed for wifi connection. Overall, it’s a big thumbs up for us! 😊 We’ll definitely return again.

I booked this hotel because it is near the wedding event that we attended last Saturday. My overall experience with our lunch and buffet breakfast was over all good. I only had problem with our bathroom. The toilet bowl was not cleaned very well. But eventually housekeeping attended to our complaint at once.

NDN Grand Hotel - A Great Option in Sto. Tomas”
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, PWD-friendly facilities, ample breakfast buffet options, good food, friendly staff, hotel accessible to town center for fast food restos, market and groceries Cons: Don't go here and expect a lot of activities: you can only swim in the cold but clean pool or work out in the mini gym. Parking is big but if there is an event it will be tight. Overall a great stay!

Great Option when in Sto. Tomas”
Pros: Clean rooms, great staff, near town center, with PWD access, good breakfast buffet options. Cons: Expect to have not much activities though they have a relatively big pool and a mini-gym. Parking is adequate but can be a challenge if there are a lot of guests in the hotel. Do visit the nearby sites like Padre Pio Shrine. Lots of resto options nearby if you do not feel like eating in Rosalinda Cafe. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean place, but value for money isnt good. The front desk staff doesnt know how to provide good customer service and only provided limited options for us which costed us more bucks. I thought booking through agoda will give us discounts but there are no available extra beds which forced us to avail of the deluxe room in FULL PRICE. No other options were given at least to make it more convenient or to help us with the dilemma. Not going back to this hotel. I respect your policy but i will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

ITS DEFINITELY A BIG NO FOR THIS HOTEL. THEY RUINED MY STAY. FIRST AND LAST😡😡😡”
We came as group of 5 for a surprise bridal shower. At the front desk we were advised that we will be charged for extra person then we agreed. We even ask if we could borrow knife or plate to cut watermelon , they refused!(with charge ??). After 1hr,2hrs,3hrs. Almost hourly they keep on calling us almost arrogantly and be reminded of the excess person! And dont post in their walls, hello we're not kids!Their timing was perfect too omg to annoy us(during prayers, giving messages, teary eyes). We immediately talk the info when was the best time to collect charges?they said during chek out. So what was the meaning of reminding us hourly?? Then we ask whos calling us hourly ?they never told us! Is that the kind of how you accomodate your guest?? They never apologize!. I think you should be happy after all we chose your hotel for a very intimate event but everything was good except you guys! Hope this will not happen to others. YOU ARE DEFINITELY AFTER FOR MONEY! Its a 😡😡😡.

NDN grand hotel was a surprise for us. The accommodations, staff and amenities were beyond our expectations for a hotel located in a province. It was a short yet very enjoyable stay for us. You get your money's worth plus so much more. :)

Nice place”
We really like our stay in NDN. affordable price but the place specially the room is very nice. its like you are ib a 5 star hotel. the only problem is there is a lot of flies in their restaurant. their breakfast buffet is really good. we had buffalo wings, spare ribs, smoked fish, lunchoen meat in the morning. but again problem is the fly in their resto. all in all it was a nice place to stay. i will recommend the place with my friends and will definitely go back there.

My Sport Vacation”
Traveling here is very close to Star Toll or via SCtex. Where I could have options of travelling inside of Batangas. We went here for my Sport Competition, and I left my family at the hotel wher they could have their own time roaming around the whole day. Restaurants, fast food, Pizza House, Mall and Grocery are all within your sight. However, be careful on crossing the road since this is already a Main thoroughfare for Buses. Room is quite big, cold, hot shower, good buffet breakfast, gym. Very Clean. Dining maybe costly but they serve good tasting food and big serving. Though Parking is a bit small, and no swimming pool. Hotel price is worth the stay. Oh , I forgot my Gimbal and they kept it, and made verifiable questions to confirm I really owned it. Value, Value!
