"Very nice hotel with really helpful staff. Our room had a fireplace (gas) which gave it a nice flair. Room was comfortable and warm. Facilities like swimming pool, fitness room, billiards (pool) table etc avail. Its only a short car-ride to the lake and the rest of town, basically easy access to all. Really enjoyed staying at Big Bear Chateau, really liked Big-Bear Lake too."

"This place was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out it provided everything our family (with 2 teenagers) needed during our summer vacation stay. When your kids are excited about the property you know you have selected well. We have stayed in several condos/suites in our travels and this property is by far one of the best! The proximity to shopping and restaurants (all within walking distance); short drive to the zoo, lake for kayaking and hiking trails, and all the ‘extras’ the clubhouse offered made for a wonderful stay for our first time in Big Bear! We highly recommend and have already told other friends and family to put this property on their list as a destination! Only recommendation is to verify check in and check out times of the property as this may affect your arrival and departure times. "
