"Convenient location; great staff, clean comfortable room, nice pool area & exercise room, quiet. Good breakfast. Only con - $20/parking is too much; all the hotels in the area (except the Biltmore) do it and it's a rip off - better to make it free so we can just tip the valets a few dollars during the day."
