"Great hotel, very friendly staff and perfect location. Loved the saunas! Just one down side for such a big hotel the swimming pool is just too small, half of it used for swimming classes , it was 8 of us , and it was tight to swim. All 5 stars overall but swimming pool to small. Would return on couple stay,not so much as family stay"

"Lovely hotel although we did have to climb up 56 stairs in total to get to our room every time as there was no lifts. Staff were friendly and it was in a great location easy to get to lakeside shopping centre. Will definitely stay again"
