    The staff are very nice and helpful. They even recommended some activities for us to do.
    It is noisy outside the hotel but this normal given its location. It would be great if the room windows have better sound isolation.

    Great location, very friendly manager and staff. Overlooking the corniche was worth putting up with the noise. Ride-share minibuses constantly passing in both directions. Cross the street at your peril (everybody else does, in great numbers)
    Street noise (It was Eid, so exceptionally busy). No tea-making facility in room. No balcony (the rooms that do have balconies are little better, they&#39;re tiny)

    The hotel is historic with a rich background, a friendly staff, and family owned. That made it feel like being welcomed into someone&#39;s home. So you were treated with the kindness and generosity of an Egyptian family, not as a hotel guest.

    Breakfast wasn’t that impressive and they put jam without butter also pickles and veggies weren’t fresh enough also bakery wasn’t that good
    There isn’t a private beach for the hotel so you have to go to other hotels and pay for day use.

    The wonderful staff made our stay amazing.”

    The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They could not have done more for us during our stay and they made our short visit great! All of them were so polite, honest and helpful, and willing to help with any of our many questions. Could not recommend the place more because of the staff.
