Oh Dear zostel ! This was the first time I was travelling Solo and I chose Zostel. Ofcourse you have your own doubts about places you book and decide to visit. But the moment I entered Zostel, I knew i entered my second home. Location: It is amongst a forest surrounded with trees, trees and just beautiful trees. The first thing you hear when you get up are birds chirping and feel so peaceful. Staff: Words feel short about how compassionate and caring the staff was. A big shoutout and thanks to the manager, Zain who made my stay utmost comfortable and memorable . From getting me the perfect chicken every night to having fun conversations to recommending me beautiful places and ofcourse how can I forget the birthday cake surpurise from him. It’s all together a different feeling to come alone and have the entire Zostel singing for you. I literally chucked all my plans to just Sleep and walk at the Zostel surrounding. Hands down best part was to meet the pupps (Zain,Zoi,kandy,cloyi)

This is one place which will remain etched in my mind forever. Me, my wife and son stayed at Riyavar Luxury Homestay for four days during our week long Costal Karnataka road trip. It was an awesome experience that we will always cherish. We wish we should have stayed for few more days. Its located over 85 acre green and lush coffee plantation . Its secluded but at the same time very close to major Coorg/Medikeri. The rooms very tastefully done and have all the modern amenities. They extremely clean, neat and tidy. Hosts Shilpa and Vinay go way beyond to make sure you have a very comfortable stay and your every need is taken care of. Not just them but the very friendly staff of Shiv, Karthik and Gautham pamper you with their exemplary service. All the dishes be it vegetarian, chicken, fish, or pork were yummy and healthy. We got to taste authentic local Coorgi dishes along with the usual but flavourful food. I would strongly recommend this place to all for the next Coorg visit.
