Location perfect

Air conditioning was only located in the dining room and was not working, free parking advertised was only on street parking. Shower flooded every time we used it, no fixed cubicle and the curtains didn’t meet the wall

It could be noisy at certain hours due to the property it’s on the first floor and facing to the street where you can find bars and shops.

A central flat in a quiet building, situated at the end/beginning of the old part of the town. Proximity to shops, bars, cafes, and beaches. Spotlessly clean, very spacious, with various rooms for various activities. It comes equipped with one air conditioning, and then there are fans in each bedroom. There is a wonderful feeling to be experienced while being sat at the coffee table on the balcony, enjoying a drink, on the (level one) protruding balcony, mingling at the same time with the community flowing along the pedestrian street below, though still enjoying you own privacy, offered by the private outdoor space belonging to the flat. The bar across is not over noisy, though some soft rumbles could be heard coming from it, till the closing hours. One bedroom faces the street (the bar) while the other, for people sleeping light, the interior yard. Direct sunshine, very little, on the street side of the flat, a bit at sunrise and sunset. Genuinely nice host couple, attentive, answering calls on the phone, through WhatsApp, or in person, whenever there was a problem. Many TV channels, in various languages. Watch out for the Ikea ceiling low lamp design, in the TV room! We have managed in the end to break it up, with our heads… (while getting up from the armchairs…!!!) though the host was very kind, for not charging us (perhaps we were not the first, or the last, to smash it…).

The parking situation, though it is not a problem directly linked to the flat, it remains a big issue to deal with, especially in the central or the old parts of any city, especially during the peak season.

The location was perfect for us as it was close to the action and the water.

We had some Internet issues but they were eventually resolved (in our case, by removing our SIM cards). No soap dish in the shower. The action on the street below can be noisy at times but also highly entertaining. The apartment is north-facing so the small balcony does not receive any sun andvthere is no access to a rooftop. Parking was a problem at times.

A lovely apartment in the old barrio area of Nerja. Very central. We had a lovely welcome from Dagmar and Michel the owners and were shown around and everything we needed to know was explained. The apartment is bright, airy and very comfortable. Lots of nice homely touches. A very modern kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Fibre optic WiFi and a TV system with channels from many countries. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Las vistas al mar hubiera estado bien , pero eso ya sabía que no tenía vistas al mar. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
