One of the cleanest hotels i stayed so far. Value for money, good location as Hakata jr station and malls were just 3-5 minutes aways. Lots of food around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. One helped my husband and i secure a taxi to the airport the night before as our flight was in the morning and we had to leave before sun rise.

Our room was cleaned and restocked every day with fresh towels and toiletries. We loved the coffee in our rooms and nearby ice machine and refrigerator. It was an easy walk to Hakata Bus Terminal for day trips and Canal City for shopping. There were a lot of stylish young people staying here so it felt lively.

When I stay in FUK, I usually choose NEST Hotel. The stuffs often upgrade the room for me. I’m delighted to receive their servings. Rooms are always clean. I like the shampoo so much! The room design is smart and effective for staying. Beds rest you like a nest.

Good location and it took 6 mins to walk from HAKATA station. The hotel room was great, tidy and clean. The bathroom is tiny but there is a bathtub. I had a wonderful stay in there.

Most comfortable business hotel I’ve stayed at”
The room had a great layout and there were multiple soft pillows on the bed. The location was close to Hakata station, a 7/11 and multiple restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

New hotel in a good location”
The Hakata Nest Hotel is located only 5 minutes walk from the Hakata train station. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Canal City Shopping Center. There are numerous restaurants on the main road leading to Hakata Station as well as the ones in the station. This hotel is new so the rooms are clean and comfortable. Size is small, which is typical of Japanese hotels. Bed is comfortable and pillows are soft! Reception was efficient and polite, but not as friendly as other other hotels we stayed in.

5mins walk from Hakata Station on smooth pavement road would be a great news for traveller who carry trolley luggage. Clean and quite room, polite staff. Love and enjoyed the Almond Oil Body shampoo they prepared.

The location of the hotel was walking distance to Hakata station. Breakfast was great. Room with single bed was too small for a couple. No internet in room 1014. Staff was pleasant. I wish the restaurant was open for dinner as well.

Great place. I stayed same hotel before in Hiroshima and really enjoyed it. It’s new, cool atmosphere and close to the station. Rooms are not huge, but big enough for a couple. Also price is really good. Would stay again!

It is my second time stay here. This time I had booked three bed rooms with my parents. The room size was big enough for us and also open our three big luggages. The location was very good. It only take 5 mins by walk from Hakata station. For the older people, it was good as no need to walk any stairs. The room was clean enough and the staff was very helpful. It is better if it can add one or two microwave ovens.
