Clean, Safe and Affordable”
The Neuhaus Inn is perfect for my business trips to Legazpi/Daraga. I use the Inn when visiting government offices, businesses and for shopping in the area. Parking is no problem as each room has its own garage with roll up door. The entire facility is inside a walled compound and is patrolled by onsite security personnel. Great when I have to leave large purchases in the back of my truck. The room entrance has a vestibule area, so you have to unlock two doors to get in. Many purchases can be left safely locked in the vestibule area and not cluttering the room. The entire facility is very well built and maintained, . The office is open 24 hrs a day and makes for easy very early morning departures. Price is very reasonable.

Excellent Place in Legazpi”
The place was quiet and very serene. It had gorgeous views of Mayon and is walking distance from the airport and a food park. Just a quick note, no bubble bath provided. Keep in mind when you book the room with a bath tub.

The lighting in the room were quite dim. The food was great, I think it's great value for money, like 4 red hotdogs, egg, rice, and coffee for only Php 200 at room service. The location is a bit challenging though, as you can't easily hire a tricycle going to some malls or locations; it always has to be "special" trip for tricycles to bring you there; but overall, the place is peaceful, and with a majestic view of Mayon. The staff are great and in the lobby, you can use the tables to do some office work; the rooms are verrrry spacious, and the TV channels are a good variety. Overall, it's a great stay, with some minor details that the staff try their best to make-up for (like calling for a tricycle on my way to the terminal, etc)

The reservation I got was on sale. The staff was accommodating, room was neat upon arrival, the air conditioning was okay. It regulates on its own. The mini refrigerator emits that old smell from not being used but cools quite fast! The bed was a bit hard and so we requested for another pair of pillows to have a restful sleep and we did have a peaceful stay. Overall, it was fine although the management can improved it way better because the place itself is good. Thank you

Good basic airport motel”
This is a no frills airport motel at a good price. it is clean, has large air conditioned rooms with a fridge and a carport, it was quiet. it is walking distance to the airport. there was no wifi. our only 2 minor niggles were being asked for a P1000 deposit and the plastic covering to the mattress.

very disappointing”
I chose Neuhaus for two reasons. It was close to my family and for wifi.... The wifi seldom worked at all and there was no TV signal. The staff was very friendly but it seems very sad to pay for services and not have TV or wifi.

They had me pay for a mug that is missing which we don't really know why. I was a happy customer of them for a couple of years already until this, I won't check in with them anymore.

Place is near at the airport. Quite spacious unit but the room AC is not too cold (it’s quite hot inside the room need EFan— but they don’t have as per the facilities.)

The frontdesk people were really really nice. The problem was the cleaner,whom I complained that there are webs in the bathroom but he just flushed the toilet. The entire room was not overall clean and vibrant.

great facilities but the staffs are not accomodating...”
they lack preparedness for emergencies...inabutan kmi ng typhoon tisoy...my generator nmn daw cla pero hndi ko raw kakayanin...so,nung bumabagyo,walang ilaw,walang kuryente,walang tubig,walang telepono...lht wala...ang masaklap,wla kming kaalam alam n ganun mngyyri...they told us that they tried to contact us to inform us n ganun mngyyri kpg bumagyo na but we are not answering...ofcourse,gumla muna kmi bgo bumagyo....sinulit ang maauz auz png panahon bgo dumating c tisoy...di nmn kmi nagpunta ng bicol para magkulong sa room...and they get my phone number but they didnt bother to text me...wla rin nmng evidence n tumatawag tlga cla smin...so ang ending,nung tumigil n c tisoy,naghnp kmi ng malilipatan and we found out that other hotels had water and a generator running in cases like this because as we all know,the bicol region is a typhoon prone area so hotels should be ready for such emergencies...

Neuhaus has been my home in Bicol, there's no comfort like Neuhaus in other hotels. No such strict policy, especially the check in and out is not an issue because it is absolutely 24 hours stay, if you checked in 2pm, you'll check out at 2pm the following day. Staffs are good and attentive. The rooms and bathroom are always clean. The foods are also good. Near the airport, 5 mins walk. And the hotel has good view with the Mayon volcano. It is near the vicinity of Legazpi. Go try this hotel and you'll surely love this.

A hassle free hotel. Well, not your typical hotel, but if you want a comfortable, peaceful, clean, hospitable staff and NO drama hotel that you should be out by 12PM and IN by 2PM, stay here! You'll be able to stay here for 24 hours at a very affordable rate. The rooms are big as well compare to a hotel that you'll be paying 2000-5000 per night but not spacious. Try NEUHAUS and this will be your next home whenever you visit Legazpi City.

Neuhaus never failed us when staying here. Neuhaus has been my home when in Legazpi. The foods are good, but a bit pricey. The staffs are very accommodating and hospitable. The only hotel in Legazpi that has no check in and check out time. It's a 24 hour stay.
