The Condo building itself is lovely. The location was good, VERY close to the beach (5 mins away). The partment is very cute and had really great natural lighting. Very peaceful and quiet which is what we wanted. The apartment was good at accommodating you with cleaning supplies if you should need them along with a broom and a vacuum, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper as well as beach and shower towels. We loved how secure the building was also definitely made you feel safe. The Beach Pass was great to have because it allowed you 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella at Ocean Front Beach. The A/C was amazingly cold which was very appreciated after a hot day. *We tried to leave the apartment as clean as possible and washed all towels we used as well. Thank you for renting out your cute condo*

The toilet was a little too low to the ground so If you have bad knees you'll hate the toilet. The shower curtain was stained or dirty not sure which but it definitely could have been washed in bleach and hung to dry which is what I do if I dont feel like spending money or could have been replaced. We barely slept due to the most uncomfortable bed frame in the world. Me and me mother took turns sleeping on the couch our entire stay. The bed frame had this lifted bump straight down the middle and on each side when you slept it sagged so deep into the bedframe it felt like you were sleeping on the ground. If we wanted to use the ceiling fan in the bedroom we couldn't because the chain to turn it on was so short and neither one of us were going to stand on the bed to pull the chain.. I was really hoping to have my morning coffee sitting on the balcony every morning but the "patio chairs?" were way too low to the ground and seemed like they were only made for people under 120lbs. The kitchen cooking utensils could definitely be upgraded. The spatula had plastic chipping off and even got some of it in my eggs, washed it before using it again and the plastic was chipping off the whole time while I washing it. We stayed on the 3rd floor (front door right near elevator) but parking was on the 4th floor and the parking spot was so far but thankfully we had a wagon to haul all our stuff to and from.

Beautiful New Building, Great apartment. Good Location.

Parking for only one vehicle, although plenty of other spaces available. Confusing check-in process.
