在网上预订酒店并付全款以后，当到达酒店时被告知如果2个人需要入住一个标间，则需要另外加钱，网站上面的价格只是一个人的房费。但是在选择酒店时我选择入住人数是2个人。在前台与酒店工作人员沟通后，麻烦酒店帮我取消agoda三天的订单，当晚自己刷信用卡付房费，另外2晚我自己找其他酒店。但在酒店一直催促刷卡付第一晚房费的时候，我要求确认一下酒店是否已经帮我取消agoda上面三晚订单。这个时候酒店又马上说订单需要自己取消，不能帮我取消。因为忘记agoda登录密码，所以导致不能取消订单。在大堂和酒店工作人员沟通好达成一致：由酒店联系agoda，入住当晚暂时住下，第二晚我们再决定是否继续住。但在工作人员把房间钥匙给我们，我们刚把行李搬到房间后，一位酒店经理居然跑到我们房间，又再次要求要加另外一个人入住的费用，在我明确表明需要等agoda给我通知是否需要补房费的时候，酒店工作人员居然说，如果不加钱就不能入住。再三沟通后，同意我们先住下，第二天他们联系agoda。在第二天早上离开酒店的时候，酒店要求我们把钥匙交到前台，晚上回酒店才给我们。入住了这么多酒店，这是第一次被要求必须交房间钥匙，并且交房间钥匙是他们酒店的规定。最后还是坚持在酒店住了三晚，离开酒店时被要求补了房间差价。 补房间费用我没有异议，只有agoda给我通知，我自然会补，但是假装答应顾客已经取消订单，并且一直催促刷卡消费。并且追到客人房间来要求补钱，如果不补钱就不能入住，这种酒店，长这么大还是第一次遇到。都说日本是很有礼貌的国家。但是直接到房间里面找顾客要房费不知道算不算不尊重顾客。
