Excellent Service”
Just 15 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station this hotel and pub are in an ideal location for a base to explore London. Basic rooms are the only draw back if you are used to luxury, but the comfort and great staff service make it worth the stay if you only need a bed for the night.

I've seen really variable reviews of this establishment. It's central london and cheap, so don't expect a palace. Some older reviews relate to a building that's no longer in use as the Hotel. The toilet/shower was as small as it could be, and the rooms are small but for £10 more than a room in a dorm in a hostel 10 minutes away, I didn't expect more. The general structure is a bit tired, and the window was particularly poor, with one cracked pane on the sash windows and only one of the two secondary glazing present (which pretty much makes it useless), but it was clean, the staff were fine, and I'd happily go back. Didn't have breakfast, so couldn't comment on that.

great place that was close to camden markets”
Had a great stay here, we checked in early and the room was clean, bigger then average and the shared bathroom was clean which is a huge factor. It was a little walk away from the busy Camden markets and on the corner of where the rooms are, there is a nice pub with beautiful food. It was a great choice.

Cheap & cheerful. Rooms & bathroom small ”
Our stay was very good, the hotel was ideally located next to Camden Town which was our shopping point. The rooms & bathroom were small but ok for a couple of nights stay, the room was spotless clean sheets & towels too & very warm. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was continental but good. A little far to the main train station & bus station to get back to the airport.

It was not close to an underground. However, the buses there goes to various tourist attraction places & you can hop onto an underground there forth. Its really value-for-money because the rooms were newly renovation/refurbished & breakfast was great. Although the room was small but this is one of the best budget accommodation I've seen in our 1-mth vacation.

Hotel is quite a walk from the nearest underground stations ie Caledonian road or Camden road. Camden town is lively for pubs and shops. The internet access is good and strong and the breakfast is plentiful if fairly basic Roomwas clean and basic but the shower was very good. position of the tv and the mirror in the bathroom could be better. Overall though not basd for the money

Small and Medium Hotel”
room was very small but value for the price. staffs were nice and ready to help. it's very good that there are 24 hrs reception. but location was not so closed to station as my expectation. but when i need to use kettle, i found old milk inside. i don't know how long it been there but it show that the maid didn't clean roon well.

Good Service But Poor Bedding”
Pleasant stay marred by poor bedding. I booked 2 rooms. The mattress in 1 room was too thin and couldn't provide proper support. The metal bed frames of the triple room was unstable and the mattresses protrude out of the bed frame - bed almost turned over on many occasions.

Not Very Good”
I booked the hotel not the annex. The annex is a run down building. The paint work is filthy, there is bare plaster. The whole building is in need of refurbishment. When I book an Hotel I expect to get what I am paying for, not filling someones pockets who don't give a damn. Don't give them the pleasure of your money..

Comfy bed, but the rest of the hotel room felt like the stereotypical bad hotel room. Holes in floor, extremely dirty shower head, wonky toilet paper handle, and an open window, although the latter I was surprised I didn't feel cold, but still.

You had to get to the room by going through the pub and the music played until about 1 or so. We turned the tv on to drown it out. Bed springs coming through on mattress. If all you want to do is crash then this is ok. It was clean and bar is obviously handy. Bathroom was way to small and no soap
