1st time staying”

The staff were very friendly and amazing. When we arrived 2 hours early mins you they checked us right in even though check-in wasn’t until 3 pm. While checking in they informed us they even upgraded us to a bigger room with a kitchenette that opened out onto the upper deck over looking the pool and jacuzzi area.
They only thing that I disliked and the reason I rated the comfortable review one selection lower than excellent is because the bed made noises even when you rolled over. Other than that the bed was very comfortable.

the bed was uncomfortable and loud. the windows need blackout curtains. it stays bright all night long even with the blinds closed.

A Great Time!”

The location!!! The staff!! This was my first time staying over night in Key West and I couldn’t have booked a better hotel! I will be booking this hotel again!
Oddly, there was no iron in our room however one of the staff members was nice enough to place my shirt in the dryer to knock out some of the wrinkles.

Beautiful first time experience with my hubby!”

I loved everything about this place and will definitely return and stay there again. The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff was beyond excellent and very accommodating, all that was missing were strippers 😄 but it’s alright, that’s COVID’s fault. Definitely a must visit.

Nightime bartender (think his name is Mark) was not friendly at all on each of the nights he worked. VERY slow service when he worked (if he even waited on you) and blocked off a portion of the seating area of the bar as a "service area". The other 2 bartenders Nick and Tim were great!

The location is excellent, very close to other bars and restaurants. Staff was great and the happy hour was right in the same complex.
