We had such an amazing time at New Sunshine Homestay. The location is a little further out of town but worth it. It's quiet and peaceful yet close enough to bike to all the attractions ,markets and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this homestay to anyone who is looking to relax! Staff were also helpful and very friendly. We hope to return soon.

The room and pool were really clean, the whole property quite new and well taken care of. Great location outside of Hoi An, half way to the beach, between rice fields and palm trees. They have lots of bicycles that you can use for free. It's about 10 minutes to town. Peaceful and beautiful. Very helpful and kind staff. They really make an effort to help, the owner helped me book train tickets online for free! It's a homestay built by a family that lives on the property too. Good neighbourhood where you can still experience a bit of village life! Can totally recommend for families, we loved it!

Living Like a Local”
I was in Hoi An while working freelance and stayed at New Sunshine for a week. It’s located in a quiet area, only a short ride to both the old town and the beach. Huong and her family were very helpful and hospitable. A great place to stay, relax and live like a local.

This was my first experience at a homestay and it was the best experience possible! The owner was so so sweet and always greeted me by name and made sure everything was okay. She helped organise my cooking tour and let me use her bike for free for the 3 days I was there. She also called the airline for me when my flight was delayed causing stress for me. So so helpful and lovely. The place itself was clean, large, open and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The pool was an added bonus and right by the river which was very tranquil and relaxing. The price is very cheap for what you're getting! It was about a 10min bike ride away from the main town area which was actually nice to get away from the noise. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Nice homestay”
Nice home stay, not a bad price, good location. The family are nice. But do not buy anything from them, they over charge you a lot! Especially train tickets we paid 26 dollars for 2 tickets to find out once at train station are tickets only cost 2 dollars each, which we could have purchased at the station, when we were told we couldn't by the homestay. If you don't buy anything from them, I'd recommend staying here.

Far from noise”
The staff was great, they clean everyday your room. At the end I feel confused because they charged me pickup from the airport and it was not explicit and they never informed this... the fare was about two times regular tranfer prices. Although all places charge you a 3% more for paying with credit card, they also give me a higher exchange rate from USD to Dong, so I didn't like this. The service is ok, but location is quite far from old city.

Very nice hosts quiet location close to some ricefields every day clean-up 20mbps wifi speed good working aircondition free bike rentals cheap scooter rentals the hosts help you with everything, and they make sure that you feel comfortable. I stayed at the new sunshine for 2 weeks and I want to come back as soon as possible.

Beste Unterkunft mit ganz ganz tollem Personal”
Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und unglaublich sauber. Das Homestay liegt ruhig und idyllisch zwischen Palmen und Banenbäumen. Der Pool ist toll! Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten (Fahrräder gibt's kostenlos) oder mit dem Taxi für $2 in der Altstadt. Uns hat sogar einmal die Managerin selbst gefahren :) Wo wir gerade bei ihr sind... sie ist toll! Sie war sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns für den weiteren Trip ganz viel geholfen und Buchungen getätigt. Für uns war es liebevoll unsere "Mama" :) Auch das Essen war lecker! Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!! Ich selbst würde jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn es nicht so weit von Deutschland entfernt würde.

호이안 시내에서 좀 떨어진 곳이지만 시내까지는 자전거로 15분이면 도착하는 이곳은 조용하고 아늑하고 운치있는 그런 숙소였습니다. 혼자서 5일 정도를 지냈는데 2.000.000동 몇번의 식사&맥주 간식 포함 가격이였습니다. 대략 10만원 정도 되겠네요. 비싸다면 비싸다고 생각할수도 있고 아닐수도 있지만. 가격대 생각했을 때 편하게 혼자서 여유를 부릴수 있는 좋은 숙소임은 부정하기 힘들 듯합니다. 시골 정경이 정말 좋았고 비오는날 수영장에서 했던 수영은 정말 잊을수없을것 같습니다. 직원들 대부분도 친절하고 자전거도 무료로 빌려줍니다. 허나 고장난 자전거가 있을 수 있으니 잘 확인하고 타시길 바랄게요. 근처에 음식점이 없으니 보통 시내까지 나가야 했지만 어차피 좋아하는 레스토랑이나 까페는 다 시내이니까 자전거로 산책나가면서 갔다와도 좋고 비오는날 하루종일 뒹굴거리다 간단한 음식들 가능하니까 주문해서 아침부터 맥주마시면서 멍하니 지내기 좋습니다. everything was perfect. thank you for good memories. - JANG
