Wonderful stay at the NWM for a little getaway ”
Great food and great customer service (including staff at Front desk, Concierge, Cafe, Residence Club service counter, Swimming Pool & Gym). The well-furnished room at 14th floor was very clean, tidy and cozy. Love the quite environment of the rooftop swimming pool, too! Though it was just a 2day1nite package, my stay with husband and daughter at NWM was just out of our expectation. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff, in particular Cathy Lau (the Residence Club Guest Service Supervisor)! Looking forward to spend our next family staycation there again!

The location is very convenient and easy to find. There are many restaurants, cafe, shopping arcade nearby the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good and no limit of time. The swimming pool is very nice and not so many persons.

I have high standard in room hygiene and this hotel perfectly meet up to my standard. Room is spacious with sea view, I love their bath tub too!! What a wonderful stay! I would love to say the bellboy are super polite and nice !! One thing to deduct its mark would be the front desk are like robots without smile and manner are quite rude

Convenient location; short walking distance to Hung Hom or TST for food and shopping. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful, including front desk staff who kindly ask what views we prefer. The room was super comfy, quite large and the toilet was larger than expected. Cleanliness was 100%. Comfy beds and large window with a full view of Victoria Harbour. Though definitely recommend rooms in higher floors or else you’ll see the highway haha. If the swimming pool on the roof was a larger one instead of being just 25m long, I’d give this hotel 10/10.

it’s wedding 💒 purpose used in the morning with sisters for hotel 🏨 room decoration. i added the price for an upgrade when i check in in the 14/F for special guests . 2 tea buffet + endless cocktail with sea view are included in the package which i felt so blessed and happy. Excellent hotel services and nice staffs. i will sure suggest the hotel to fds!!! especially when they have special activities

Clean room and great service ”
The room was spacious and clean. They were thoughtful enough to have a complimentary box of hand sanitizer and alcohol swabs in the room. It’s also nice to sit on the warm electronic toilet seat in this wintry weather. The lighting in the shower compartment (only this part of the toilet) was a bit too dimmed and the bath tub looked a bit old, but it’s clean. One more thing is the fully plastic electric kettle which I know may not bother everybody, but I’d suggest replacing it with one that at least has a stainless steel interior.
