I found the hotel to be perfect in all categories: Security, cleanliness, facilities and the room. But the city of Saigon is tough to get comfortable in. Traffic is a nightmare and cars do not give a damn about pedestrians. Motorcycles are so many, are so loud and pollute so much. My eyes took two days to recover after I left Saigon for Phuket.

Great hotel on the hustle and bustle of Saigon. The residence club is worth every penny. With nightly drinks and Dinner. Not canapès but dinner. Its clean safe modern and very comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help with everything.

I had a great stay at new world. Staffs are awesome and helpful. The cleaning team will make sure all your stuff fold and always have a clean towels. I been to lot of hotels and no one fold my cloths lol. At new world is a different experience. Make sure you guys tip them well.

The location is superb, near to a number of tourist attractions. The service level of the staffs are professional, polite & friendly. The cleanliness of hotel room really awesome. Our fridge spoil upon check in & after sending technician and yet still not working. Without any hesitation, they replaced with another fridge immediately. That's really surprised us. Thumb up. Everyone from the front desk, the restaurant staff to the doorman are nice, helpful and professional. The food at the breakfast buffet is tasty, thanks to the master chef Tran Dong. The location is great, near by Ben Thành Market. Definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay again when we are back in Việt Nam.

Best hotel I've stayed at in saigon. Bed was soft wifi was adequate. View of the park food was good. Nothing about this place was a problem at all. Staff was great. I only stayed 2 days but wish I'd have stayed here the entire time I was in vietnam this time. Lots of shopping downstairs and in the area. It's a quiet place with no street noise.

Perfect end to our trip in Vietnam”
We ended our three week visit in Vietnam at this hotel and it was the perfect way to see out our trip. We paid a bit more for the residents club lounge and was shocked to find out a full blown buffet dinner and endless drinks was included along with the breakfast buffet. The room was brilliant, pool was great and the level of service was amazing. We would 100% come back again.

I read review that this hotel hv good location and newly refurbished so I booked for my 1 week stay here. Overall stay is excellent. Clean room, well housekeeping service (turn down service in the evening-refill drinking water), nice bed, I like the toiletries brand (Malin+Goetz), but too bad the toilet do not equipped with Bidet even after newly renovated. Hopefully they add one in future. Mostly all staff able to communicate English. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market, Taka, and Bui Vien night walk. And many cafe nearby. Will stay here again if back to HCM.
