Special situation, we came after Têt, so the hotel was near-empty; the very friendly staff, typical of the city, speaks no English; the first day, the room was frozen, it improved after; but hot shower in in short supply at times; my Vietnamese wife was very much needed here! So we can't recommend this hotel for non-Vietnamese people... and the city in February is cold and humid.

A nice place to stay near the centre of Tam Dao ”
If you don't mind walking or riding xe om from the town centre, I recommend this place. The staff didn't speak English, but they were very helpful. The only issues I encountered were the recurrent power cuts (but I think the whole town was affected by them and they were sorted out immediately) and there were no street lights around the area so it was a bit difficult to hike back at night.

신축이며 근처에서 제일 크게 보이는 호텔입니다. 매우 깨끗합니다. 단, 식당에 조식은 쌀국수밖에... 호텔내에 레스토랑이 없어서 외부에서 사먹어야 합니다. 직원들 영어가 전혀 안되니 참조 하세요. 룸에서 보는 전망은 없어요... 조용한걸 원하는 사람은 좀 더 중심 야시장에서 떨어진 곳이 좋을듯... 광장에서 밤늦게까지 스피커로 노래 불러서 고역입니다.
