If you are looking for quiet and out of town”
I booked a twin instead of a double.... was moved to a double but charged more, which i agreed. Only to find out that new 'double' room was actually available and cheaper online than my original booking. Yet i was charged more?? No TV in the room also, which is standard in all rooms. Pool is lovely, though its a very quiet are but beware you need a taxi everywhere or hire a bike. its a long way out of the old town and shopping.

The best hotel in Hoi An”
We were very pleased with the hotel, especially the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They were so welcoming and helped us with everything. The breakfast had a lot things to choose from. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and also it was cleaned every day. We stayed there for 2 weeks and would stay again for sure. Thank you for everything.

Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful location about 30 mins walk to the historic town. The manager Nee was very helpful and spoke good English. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and the spa is worth a visit.

This is one of the loveliest hotel experiences I have ever had. Pictures begin to give the sense of the stunning design sense, colors and textures are all so beautifully done from the color of the cushions to the wood accents and stone tiles. Beautiful paintings are placed in the lobby. It is heavenly to look out at the river from two sides. It is a quiet spot away from the chaos of tourists and in a nice village area. The staff are soooo kind, they confirmed my airport transfer and everything went so smoothly. Nee at the desk was so helpful, and sweet Phuong Do serving the tables brightened my every meal. The traditional herbal massage was really great, the therapist was well trained and intuitive. I would return to this spot in a heartbeat...I almost cried to leave...the peaceful breakfast of fresh fruits and Thai+continental food fit for royalty overlooking the water through the flowering tree. The bed is comfortable, the free bikes to ride to town on are beautiful, it's heavenly to sit out on the veranda. I could have stayed for weeks, truly content. Enjoy! Great thanks to everyone at Nghe Prana for creating a lovely restorative atmosphere.

Room is delicated and but a bit small, your leg will hit the corner of the bed when walking through if you are not aware. Reception is very helpful with the car booking to airport and round-trip to VinWonders Nam Hội An. Need a 30mins walk from the town.

New hotel but customer service seriously lacking”
Lovely location about 2km from town. New hotel with well decorated rooms with great soundproofing so quiet at night. However the staff really let them down and I would not stay again until they improve. Reception barely speak English and did not understand many of our requests. Prior to arrival I sent through some requests, they never answered. When we checked out no staff at reception. I booked a spa treatment and reception didn’t tell the spa. I wanted something from the bar at around 2pm and front desk tells me the barman is gone and should be back at 4pm. Bar is supposed to be open all day. Breakfast was ok but when we came at 7am all food was cold. The hotel seems to lack management and training of staff. They should really look to improve the customer service.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who has limited mobility. There are 10 steep stairs in the front with no railings that are difficult to get down. The hotel is also located at the end of a narrow path. Most taxi drivers and grab drivers won’t drop you off at the door, you’ll have to walk about 200m down an uneven and dark path.

A gem tucked away in Hoi An’s corner”
I spent a fabulous weekend at the property and I am glad I made the choice. The rooms are tastefully done and while a little compact, more than make up for it in other ways. The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful and what is a rarity in hospitality these day…. Genuinely Caring. I would head back in an instant. Look for the river view room, they offer a serene view onto the river. The old town is a about 2.5km away, about 30 minutes by walk (did it a couple of times) and about half of that on a bicycle. You can use two wheeler taxi too.
