This homestay is the best. Its worth more than the price. Its a homestay but it feels like you are staying in a 3 star hotel. They will serve breakfast like a full course meal.(Thank you for the owner for giving me extra dessert) The room is very nice and comfortable. The location is great, its just few minutes going to Hoi An ancient town. Miss Nhi and Miss Tien are very nice to help me with directions, explaining everything and they are very kind to go with me at night to show me around the night market and the ancient town. They offered dinner on my last night in Hoi an and their sister Thao is so kind that she cooked dinner. I recommemd this homestay. Feels like home in HoiAn.

Wonderful Stay”
This Homestay was just wonderful. It was located close to the night market and old town but far enough away that it was quiet. The room was large and clean with good A/C. The family here was truly the best part. They are warm and welcoming and extremely accomodating. Always available by text, arrange transport for us to and from DaNang and even a spa appointment. When my boyfriend was sick from something he’d eaten earlier in the day the mother gave us some gensing oil to ease he nausea. They always greeted us with the warmest welcome. Lovely lovely Homestay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The owner in particular went out of her way to help us set up our onward travel and make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious each day and a great value. The facilities were super nice and clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had a single room. It was really sweet and all I needed. It was a very good offer considering the price. It was very clean too and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Only thing is that I would prefer to go out for breakfast as they prepare it the evening before and it is not super fresh anymore.

I arrived early from a night bus and they allowed me to shower and hang out by the pool until I could check in. Breakfast was big and very good. Everything very clean. Family that runs the place is fantastic! Would stay here again for sure

The breakfast was amazing!! Best food we’ve had in Vietnam by far! Convenient location just a short walk from Old Town Hoi An. The room was cute with a shared balcony and shared bathroom. Also the people were so friendly and helped us plan our stay. They provided bikes and showed us how to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, great family”
The location is perfect. Just a 2 minute walk from the night market and old town. You would think because it was so central it would be noisy, but it is on a street with mainly b&b a meaning there is only a littleness bit of noise. Pool is great, and staff are so friendly and helpful.

Amazing place”
We had such a great time at Ngo homestay Tien and Nhi, were lovely with us, we had a great chat The room was big, the bed was amazing, the best I ever had, super soft and clean bathroom. Plus a terrace outside our door. The pool is not too big but good and fresh enough to enjoy it in the sun in the morning. We didnt had the chance to have breakfast there as we didnt book it the day before though. And we also booked our bus ticket with them which was convenient. I highly recommend

Few minutes walking to ancient town ”
Pro I arrived around 7am but my room is only available at 12pm. Didn't expect the lady who cook in kitchen served me a tea and a banana while I'm waiting my room to check in. I stayed in a single room for two nights which is better than my expectations. Big room, soft bed, good Wi-Fi, good aircond and big shared bathroom. Is worth staying there (save on transportation cost) as I like to explore ancient town more than the beach / tourist area. Con: Cleanliness and meticulous work need to be improved. Wanted to use the kettle in room but found out that the kettle have not been cleaned for long time. Bad mouldy inside kettle, informed the reception girl and she immediately take action on it. Ordered the western breakfast at $2, comes with 2 baguette & etc, one of the baguette has ants in it. The reception immediately changed a new baguette for me.

Perfect budget friendly Homestay in Hoi An! The facility is clean and the rooms are nice. We had a shared bathroom with the toilet and shower in one large space. Not a big deal at all for me, but if you are looking for a private bathroom, opt for different accommodations. We had a large balcony between our two rooms which was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helped arrange transportation for us. The breakfast is great! I highly recommend this property for budget conscious travelers!

Very comfortable, value for you money! ”
My stay was fantastic. I had a single bed bedroom, and it was what I needed after a long day of wandering around Hoi An. The air conditioner was working well, the bathroom though shared was all the time clean. And just a 3 minutes walk from Old Town which is where the main tourists spots are. Totally accessible, and the staff are just accommodating in your needs. They will try to offer you options that might fit in your itinerary. I will surely comeback here whenever I decided to comeback to Hoi An.

We had a really great stay at NGO homestay. Really good value for money, located at walking distance to the old town. The hosts were so kind and helpful. We had to wake them up in the middle of the night, because we had to travel home because of covid-19. They’re helped us get a taxi and was just very helpful in a stressed situation. I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Hoi An.
